We stayed 4 nights in April 2014 at Alberto's House. The location of the place is very good - although this area is called by the local the "china town". But no worries ! Its full of friendly people and good chinese and indian restaurants. There is a metro station just in front of the B&B so all the important sightseeings are easy to reach. The room we had, was big but very simple. The standard is not very high compared to the price. We paid 100€ per night. Thats why I was expecting a bit more. The "Ikea" bedlines were clean but they look already very used. Everything is very basic and a bit old fashion. There is a small fridge in the room but it makes so much noise, that we had to turn it off for the night, because we could not sleep.Breakfast ok, but nothing extraordinary. The staff very friendly. One thing to remember is that the check in is only between 12.00-15.00. If you arrive later you have to inform the hotel manager. We didn't read our booking reservation carefully, so the hotel sent us an reminder. After receiving the sms we have called the hotel to inform them, that we will arrive at 18.00. The manager was not very happy and we had a little "nervous" conversation on phone. But finally all was fine.We checked in at 18.00 :) Anyway! Rome is a beautiful city and we had a great time there!
