Lovely autentico, charming. Here are just some of the staff names - Anna, Daniel, Daniela, Roberto, Patrizia - and they are all wonderful, helpful, and friendly. The layout is so unique, and because other businesses and residences share the building with Hotel Oceania, there is a feeling that you are actually living in Roma. The building is connected to a church and a church choir and opera singing filled the spaces. The courtyard satisfies the imagination of Italia with wonderfully colored stone, flowers, hanging vines, open sky, with laundry strung outside apartment windows. The breezeway has small tables and chairs and is located where the one-of-a-kind elevator brings people up and down. Indulge yourself at breakfast: warm, round, popover-like bread loaf served fresh from the oven onto your plate and a buffet bar of cakes and cheeses, honeys and jams. The capuccino is fabuloso and will probably have you drinking more of it than you intended. Easy access to public transportation, both buses and trains, as well as taxis and other necessities like ATMs and sandwich shops. Highly recommend!
