I had a pleasant experience. Staff was excellent, room was clean and quiet and the neighborhood was safe. Within 2 blocks, you’ll find metro station, a mall, and restaurants. 2.2 mile walk to Coliseum. Breakfast was decent. Restaurant was okay. Staff mostly speaks English. Small bar. Recommended!

This property is about 6-8 blocks from the nearest metro station and about 2 blocks from the nearest bus terminal so not too bad if you want to utilize public transit while in Rome. Breakfast was good however the eggs were cold and meat everyday was hotdogs. Pastries were delicious. Room itself was rather austere and utilitarian. Kind and warm staff that were very nice and helpful plus spoke English gets it to a 4 rating. If traveling and going back to Airport it is very convenient to train station....just remember to pay fare from kiosk or you will have a 50 Euro fine per person when reach airport and is not covered by the RomaPass.

Stayed here with my daughter for a few days and was very happy we did. Luigi and his staff are the most helpful, kind and warm people. They helped us with everything from getting around the city to recommending restaurants. They also were able to set up my pickup from the airport which I set up via email from the states, as well as a ride back when we were going home. The breakfast was perfect in the morning and there is a nice bar in the lobby for a drink when you return home from a long day. We had a wonderful stay here.

Visited Rome July 2019. Found hotel staff friendly and accommodating. Hotel has plant based soaps. Public transportation was close to hotel and easy to use. Breakfast had good selection. Area was residential and nice to see, family felt safe. Appreciated Luigi’s suggestions and help would stay here again if back in Rome.

Stayed here with a Tour Group & it was lovely, the room was clean & comfortable & the staff were friendly & helpful, next to the foyer you can sit outside & have a drink, for dinner we walked 5 minutes up the street to ‘Ristorante Sacco’ for dinner both nights & it was beautiful great food & friendly service, just come out of the Hotel & turn left go up the first street on the right & SACCO’s is on the next right hand corner, get there early or book as it can get crowded, Loved our stay at B & B Hotel Roma Tuscolana.
