We have been twice to Dialla, originally suggested by our hotel near Spanish steps. Both times were great especially my last meal of grilled tuna- amazing and a nice change to the traditional pizza. Many speak English and very helpful. It doesn't look like a traditional Italian venue- classier but similar prices to the rest of the area. The little restaurant at the end of the lane was a great surprise.
