My husband and I stayed for three nights in this beautiful B&B. The friendly hostess warmly welcomed us, and provided travel tips throughout our stay. She even prepared us a tasty dinner we enjoyed on her cozy terrasse. Our room was large, beautifully furnished, comfortable and clean. The B&B is located in a quiet and safe area and the short walk to the tram is very pleasant in this beautiful neighborhood. Restaurants and trattorias are only a short walk too. We also had a place for our rental car. We strongly recommend this place which made our stay in Rome very pleasant...a home away from home.

My husband Phil and I had a fabulous time in Rome - aided by our welcoming and helpful host, Rita, at B&B Parioli Garden. We chose to book here because of the great reviews on Trip Advisor .... and thoroughly recommend you to do the same. The location was great ... an easy walk to catch the train or tram.. If you're anything like us, we chose to do the first day entirely on Shank's Pony (walking). And fancy meeting someone so close to home .... we enjoyed a local dinner and a fun evening with another Aussie couple also staying with Rita, whom we are sure to catch up with again down the track in Oz. A scheduled transport strike for the morning of our departure threatened some anxst -- but no problem for Rita who offered to drive us to the train station. Thank you Rita for your excellent hospitality.

Room Tip: We had the room on the left -- but either would be great. TIP - book early to secure your room so t...

My husband and I stayed here for a couple days. Our room was lovely, the home has a peaceful yard to enjoy your morning coffee on or sip an evening glass of wine.
The owner is super friendly & welcoming. She was always available to answer any questions we had. I found everything clean and the room we had had a spa looking new bathroom!

We definitely recommend this B&B. gorgeous neighbourhood, easy close access by foot to public transportation, near a scenic sightseeing park and many cute restaurants within 5-10min walk.

The minute we met Rita Conti we knew we had picked a gem of a B&B. It was simply the best value and quality we could have ever hoped for. We drove in and Rita greeted us with warmth and friendliness that you rarely experience. She wanted to carry our bags but I protested but she did anyway. The apartment was quite spacious and the room with stunning ensuite was generous with lots of space for suitcases and a double door to a private garden where breakfast was served. The bed was very comfortable and larger than a standard queen. There was a larger suite that was occupied too and we met the couple at breakfast. We connected and had a great night at a local trattoria which Rita recommended. The breakfast was simple, like it is in Italy with Rita's deft hand at making sensational coffee.

Rita was simply fantastic with advice on transport, tours, restaurants, and telecommunications i.e. Sim Cards for travellers. Any question was greeted with an answer. She booked our tour of the Borghese Museo which was a short stroll away.

We had such a wonderful, comfortable, relaxing and easy stay we have rebooked for two more nights at the end of June to see the sights we missed. We also took Rita out to one of her favourite restaurants for a wonderful meal as a thank you for her generous hospitality.

We think this B&B should be rated higher in the Trip advisor list as it was the best we have ever experienced.

Room Tip: Don't always choose the best in Trip Advisors selections as there is always a gem if you read th...

We enjoyed our stay in Roma, you can connect with any place in the city by bus, metro or train.
Rita is an excellent host, and she has some great advise, and more important, very friendly.

I liked the fact that the B & B has an ample parking (even a garage if required)
The area is very safe and quiet.
Thank you Rita.
