Description: The pizzeria is based entirely on the principle of quality preparation and handicraft product. Prepare only classic pizzas of ancient tradition. Out of all the pizzas is only used Buffalo mozzarella, coming from areas where the flavor is slightly more intense Cilento. The tomato, though, is that the slopes of Vesuvius, plus sweet and intense red, most of the times the store at our local with the old method in clusters named as vesuvian areas, spugnillo and pummarol, spunzillo, tomatoes. Anchovies, strictly those of Cetara, always a cult in fish processing. Gaeta olives. Olive oil or Massa Lubrense (na), or. The company's organic tomato is to stream. Simply put all niche products ... for a pizza like no other.

We were having a terrible time with meals in Rome... this place changed all that... GREAT PIZZA. Really small and lesser kind of place. But the Pizza is by far worth the drive and the work finding a parking spot on the street.

I am absolutely passionate about pizza and being of Italian heritage I take a lot of pride in making my own. I have been in Italy many times and this is absolutely BEST pizza ever had. The crust is so light and it melts in your mouth. Don Raffaele is a master-chef! If you're looking for the real deal - good, honest, tasty pizza this is the place off the beaten track you should go.

The pizza here is by far the very best in Rome, a bit more expensive than you'd expect but it's definitely worth it. The place is terrible but you won't care. 5 stars!!!

The pizza is really really good. However prices are overstated especially considering the interior design, the service and the location.
It seems it's rated as the 4th pizzeria in Rome in tripadvisor rating. I absolutely disagree. I would not recommend to go there, unless you're already in the area and unless you're NOT looking for a fancy place.

Restaurant recommended to me by a Neapolitan friend living in Rome as "the best place to have real pizza". This is a family-owned business and you could tell that by the way the food is prepared and served. Staff takes great care of quality. Don't be surprised if the restaurant is closed during the opening hours - they're open until they use pasta and ingredients prepared in the morning. Oh, and imagine that their supplies come from Campania region - ingredients purchased in Rome "just don't taste the same".

This is a non-tourist restaurant and not easy to find, but if there is a single place I would recommend in Rome (and I've been wandering around for a month), this would be the first one.
