“Surprising good”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 9 November 2013

I spent one night in this hotel in Rome and really surprised me with the correction of the room presentation on their site and the reality. Small and delicate you don't see it from the street this hotel but once you get in it suprise you with the cleaness and seriousity of people. Hotel has been renovated recently and thus is very nice to sleep in a clean and nice room. Spacious room , windows can open , good bad and nice and claen bathroom. A bit serious still with the furniture choosen but very nice for Rome hotel.Good breakfast at the 8th floor. Located close to Roma Termini railway station and metro Republica. Nice staff and quite efficiant. A lot of restaurants around.

Room Tip: rooms facing the intern courtyard

Although not a grand 5 star hotel, this is a great hotel that is within walking distance to Termini station. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The lobby itself is small and so is the elevator; the elevator supposedly fits 5 people, and is slightly wider than my luggage. The stairs winds around the elevator shaft (a modern interpretation of the old layout) that provides the light to the stairwell (it has translucent paneling that is lighted from within). But once you get to the room, it was quite spacious that you don't really mind that small lobby and elevator.

They also have a nice garden floor that you can look out to the city skyline. They only serve breakfast (they use Nespresso machine and have a decent choice of continental and some hot breakfast) that comes with the room. The view is nice; however, the nicer view is unfortunately covered by plastic window. This makes taking pictures difficult due to distortions.

The room is nice and modern and kept clean. The only drawback is that some of the sockets are tied to the light switch or the room key. So if you plan to charge your electronic device, use the socket that's close to the TV...of course, this may vary from room to room so you may need a bit of experimenting. In my case, I only found one socket that you could charge overnight. The sockets are also tied to the room key. There is a slot that you put your card key that controls the room's electricity (sockets, a/c etc) to help save on electrical cost. Problem is that you can't charge anything while you are away.

Overall though, I enjoyed the stay here. I can forego the grand lobbies and restaurant as long as the room is clean and spacious and the staff friendly...which they are.

We chose this hotel because it was close to the train terminal and the favorable reviews. The hotel is fairly new and a great hotel. The hotel is less than a 10 minute walk(with suitcases) from the train station. The rooms were fairly large (by European standards) and very modern. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent-very fresh, a good selection of hot and cold items, and good cappuccino. The staff spoke excellent English and were very helpful. We would highly recommend the hotel!

Perfect for our small family. 2 adults, and 1 child of 8. Very nice rooms, staff and location. The bar at the top has a great view.

Reception was particularly helpful in booking restaurants and taxis for us. Really good!

Beautiful hotel just across Termini railway station. Don't mind about the small lobby because rooms are huge, clean and very modern. We even had a balcony with a typical Rome view. Very comfortable bed plus a big sofa, round table with two chairs, you feel just like home. Spotless bathroom , big bath tube with a rain shower in adittion to the hand set shower. Plenty of closet space, safe-box, fridge and TV with too many channels.
Guy in reception desk very nice, he gave us a Rome street map and useful directions without asking for it.
Breakfast is served in top floor with an awsome view of Rome and best of all, breakfast is great, lots of things to choose and everything really good.
Actually I cannot say a thing against this hotel, all is perfect. Even the price is cheaper than very worse hotels around. It's our third time in Rome and we finally found out the right one.

This was the best hotel we stayed in during a week stay in Italy. Great location from Termini, rooms are a good size and the breakfast experience is sensational on the roof terrace. This is definitely a hotel I would return to and I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling with children. Breakfast staff were really friendly, in particular the lady who played with my two year old son. Ciao!!

Put simply this is the best hotel I have stayed in- anywhere. The location is ideal, very central beside train and bus stations. Ideal for visiting the city. Everything is in close distance to hotel. Rooms are clean and mini bar well stocked. Lovely bathroom, comfortable bed, sky tv. We asked for a balcony which provided a fantastic view of the city. The rooftop bar/dining area is breath taking. All staff are friendly and polite, will help you in any way they can. Other reviews mention the small lift which is true but for me and partner with a suitcase each, we fitted in fine. We also used the stairs too. Put simply when we go back to Rome we'll be staying here again.
