Great hotel, perfect location walking distance to all major attractions in Rome. Staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms are nice and clean. Great brakfast. Nespresso machine in room. Wifi worked very well.

Room Tip: Rooms on the street are a little bit noisy especially in the morning.

Spent 4 nights here with my 80 yr old Mum and my sister. Very comfortable rooms, extremely helpful staff ( Marco was a star) and very good breakfast selection. Loved the nespresso machine in the room!
Hotel is within easy walking distance of Piazza Navona, Pantheon and Vatican City (note, we had our 80 yr old Mother with us). Definitely recommend a visit to St Agnosti Church, just 5 secs from hotel, where there is a beautiful Carravaggio painting.

Extremely impressed with the hotel, the location and the staff.

Only downside, although on a small back street, it seemed very noisy at night with people walking pass, but other than that, lovely little hotel.

If you're visiting rome and are keem to explore- this is the hotel to stay at. It is within walkable distance of everything in the historic centre in a safe but quiet area, near tons of great restaurants (try taverna parione and da francesco which are loved by the locals). The staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and well equipped with comfy beds and a good shower. The breakfast is continental but very varied and fresh! Tip- try to request a room higher up facing the front as you will get lovely views of the cobbled streets below.

Visited with my wife for four days. The hotel is ideally situated near Piazza Navona, but on a more quiet side street. The area itself is charming, and you can walk practically anywhere. The nearest metro stations are abou 1km away, but the walk is nice.

We had a room in the first floor, near the lavatory. This caused some issues as the pluming was very noisy. Didn't bother us too much as we had ear plugs with us. Room was of good size and really clean.

WiFi was really bad, the signal was very sporadic, as was the cell phone reception strength. We ended up calling / surfing the web either by the room door, or on the window cill. I suspect this was because of the first floor room near the back of the hotel.

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful, although we did mention about our air conditioning not working (well at least for us, it didn't cool the room at all) but nothing happened about that.

Breakfast was good, didn't change much but was really good for starting the day.

All in all, a decent hotel, I would stay again but try to get a room from the higher floors. Situated nice and the rooms are large enough, and very clean. Not perhaps best value for money, but not the worst either.

Room Tip: Try to get a room from higher floors. the WiFi might be better.

I stayed with 5 other ladies for 2 nights. We had 2 triple rooms. The rooms where lovely, spacious and spotless. The staff are extremely helpful. I have only given 4 stars because the breakfast was not up to much. Lots of cake, so only ham and cheese for me with bland cereal.

Well located boutique hotel, next to the Piazza Navona. Lots of lovely small restaurants in walking distance - try Cafe Bianco, through Piazza Navona towards Campo Di Fioro. Very clean throughout, though breakfast room was pretty small. Beds were very comfortable. TV a bit basic, but there was free wifi throughout. Hotel arranged a taxi back to airport cost 48 euros, so for the three of us, its better to get a taxi rather than train to station and then taxi to hotel. It takes around half an hour - not rush hour, so would depend on time of day. Recommended for a short break. Would stay again.

Room Tip: Family room on 3rd floor had plenty of room, large double bed and comfortable single.

Our final stay in Italy was Rome during our European trip in Jan/Feb 2014. Everything was great, including:
- The hotel staff were so nice, and eager to help out whenever possible;
- Beds were great which is always important for me;
- The room itself had everything we needed, including shower products, a mini fridge, a coffee maker, a luggage chair for my massive suitcase, and a great bathroom (except the basin area was small, we had trouble fitting our beauty products on it--but that was not a big deal);
- The coffee was absolutely excellent. I am a big coffee drinker (I like it bitter and fairly strong)--This coffee was amazing;
- It was about a kilometre walk to St. Peter's Basilica!

Our only minor complaint was the breakfast. Italy tends to sweeten most breads. All the croissants were glazed which wasn't my cup of tea as I am not a sweet eater. There were also lots of cakes. No eggs, no hot food at all really. However, I was grateful for the coffee, juice, lump-free yoghurt and the toast.

Despite the breakfast, I still give this hotel 5 stars. It's such great value.
