Great location, just metres away from Cipro underground station. The girls at reception were most helpful on arrival, giving us a map, advising us where to go and where to eat. Very hospitable offering drinks and on departure, offering us a place to store out luggage if necessary.

We had a lovely big spacious room with our own balcony. Great clean spacious bathroom too. Definitely recommend. At a great price too.

It's a nice place to stay when you are visiting Rome. Located in a quiet neighborhood, close to Cipro metro station you can reach easy any point of interest in Rome. The two girls from reception were very nice and they will help you with a lot of information. Room was not so large but large enough and clean to relax after a long walk in Rome. The furniture is modern and new(IKEA), cleaning is done every day and towels are changed on daily bases. Every two day linen bed was changed also. The air conditioner it's a great plus when you are visiting Rome in july or august.A little minus was that we don't have a minibar so we can't put our mineral water on cold.
We recommend this place to stay. To be sure you will find easy this guest house use street view from Google maps(like i did before) and you will not miss it.

Room Tip: Rooms with street view can sometimes be not so quiet. Ask a room with minibar in summer. Around this...

The hotel is easy to miss as its not "signposted" on the street and you need to look at the names on the doorbell columns. Rooms are warm, comfortable though the bathroom is quite compact but it has all the facilities you need. Reception staff very friendly and arranged our booking to the Vatican museum. Ideally situated for the Vatican State and excellent metro connections. Not so good for central Rome nightlife if you want to stay out very late. Only down point was the water not draining out of the shower basin quickly enough - just a pet hate!

We felt welcomed by the wonderful hostess who came out of the hotel to receive us with a glass of orange juice and water. She even offered to help us with our luggages. Everytime we returned to the hotel we felt really safe to see the hostess at the counter. The location is about 15 minutes walk to the Vatican City and about 3 minutes away from the metro. Room is clean and warm. When we left the hostess even allowed us to leave our luggages behind while we went about. When we came back to retrieve them, she even gave us time to settle down while offering us more drinks. Highly recommended. It's on the ground level. Not much stairs to climb which is a bonus as we had huge luggages.
Wifi signal is strong and free!

Located well, close to the metro, so easliy accessible bu public transport. The lady who welcomed us was very nice and helpful and gave some great tips to go. She also recommended a nice restaurant, Tony & Dino, to us where we had dinner one night.
The only downside was that the walls of the rooms are rather thin. So you could hear running showers and flushing toilets as of 7am.
The Inn's website clearly indicates which services are or are not available. Breakfast is not served, but there are place close to the hotel where you can have coffee and a croissant.
Wifi is ok, signal wasn't always strong, but no problems accessing the internet.
We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay at the InnVatican again.
