My husband and I recently stayed in the Casamartini guest room at QuodLibet in Rome for 8 days and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Gianluca and Agostino, the owners of QuodLibet, are the perfect hosts and made us feel very welcome during our stay. They are both very eager to provide information on places to go, things to do and restaurants to eat at. We were very pleased with our room. It was very spacious and clean and made the perfect "home away from home" during our stay. The breakfast that we had every morning was huge (much more than we could eat!) and delicious! The location of QuodLibet is great; a short walk north of St. Peter's Square with plenty of great places to eat very near. We would not hesitate to recommend QuodLibet to anyone who is visiting Rome. It is a terrific B&B and the hosts are very gracious and welcoming! Thank you Gianluca and Agostino! And thanks for letting us borrow the umbrella! :-)

Gianluca our host could not be more welcoming or helpful.
Nothing was too much: Planning walks to make the best use of our time and packing in the sites, recommending local restaurants etc.
Casa Martini was a fantastic location, within walking distance to all the sites but also close to the metro if you want to save your legs .
It is modern and very well appointed. We loved the fact we had the use of a kitchen if we wanted fully stocked with tea, coffee, milk and cookies!

Room Tip: Small BnB with not a bad room, windows double glazed to cut out all the traffic noise.

My parents and I stayed for 3 nights at the Casamartini part of the QuodLibet B&B and we could not have been more impressed. It was clear that this is a B&B to set the standards for all other B&Bs. The room (as well as the bathroom) was tastefully modern, bright, big, and kept clean and comfortable. The surprise bonus was a TV which was connected to the internet and had its own wireless keyboard! There was a great selection of breakfast, which was delivered in generous portions and at flexible hours. Our host, Gianluca, was an absolute star. He very patiently explained to us (helped to plan itineraries for us) how to best experience and see Rome with the time that we had, changed the breakfast hours to fit our needs, and made us feel very welcomed. The location is really ideal as it is only minutes away from the Metro and the Vatican. I am definitely a fan and would not hesitate to recommend this fantastic establishment!!!

One minor things that could be improved: I found it hard to use an Italian keyboard (how do I get to that @ sign!?) and it was a little challenging to operate the TV/internet without knowing Italian...if there could be some instructions for using this system for non-native Italian speakers, that would be very helpful!

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights at the beginning of our 2 week tour of Italy. Couldn't have picked a better place! Agostino was a great host throughout the stay, offered recommendations, offered to make bookings for us, and even bought and picked up a cake for my hubby's birthday (candles and all). "Above and beyond" doesn't even begin to describe the service you get from Agostino and his team. We stayed in the green room, which was nice and very large, with more than enough space to have breakfast in every morning. The breakfasts were amazing: coffee, eggs, ham, cheese, yogurt, fruit, toast, and fresh pastries from the bakery just downstairs. (the smell of the bakery every time you walk in the building was an added bonus!) On top of that Gianluca gifted us with a bottle of Chianti at the end of our stay. The only downside was they spoiled us so much that all of the other B&B's we stayed in around Italy couldn't compete. Don't think twice. Stay here!

Room Tip: We stayed in the Green Room. Large size. Faces the street, but not much noise at all. Request it if you can get it.

My husband and I stayed here for two nights at the beginning of our honeymoon in Italy. It was an excellent place to stay. Agostino is very welcoming and helped us get acquainted with the city of Roma upon our arrival by going over some walks we could do and answering all of our questions. He really went above and beyond, actually, by helping us out when we needed to make an emergency call, and surprising us with a thoughtful gift for our honeymoon. Our room was very spacious, comfortable, clean, and quiet. It was great to stay here after our long flight because we were able to get an excellent nights sleep! They also own Quod Libet, which is basically right across the hall from Casa Martini, so either one would be a great choice.
