Very nice hotel with firendly staff. Etro amenities in the room. Very tasty coffee. Spa services available in the chain hotel near Villa Medici. Wonderful advise for a dinner in Life restaurant. You can rely on these people during your stay in Rome. Thanks again for great support.

Room Tip: Unbeatable location. It is literally in the centre of Rome. The only note lobby can be refubrished t...

I have been to Rome a few times and stayed in a couple of hotels, but Hotel Mancino 12 is really very different. The location is excellent as it is right in the middle of everything - Piazza Venezia is a minute away and everything else is not far off. It's an excellent base for exploring Rome or just relaxing and having an afternoon in. The rooms are very good and the shower is excellent.

The real highlight for me was the staff. Right from booking my stay with Stefano who was just great and who was able to get me a booking for my preferred duration. Grazie Stefano per tutto! He was also great about advice on exploring the City etc.

Thanks to Renzo as well who is really funny and helpful. Thanks also to Ferdinando for his warm welcome.

This really is an excellent hotel. A very well kept secret in the centre of Rome.

Spero di tornare!

A. Law

This hotel was Amazing! It had the perfect location; a 5-10 min walk from everything (Trevi, Spanish steps, Piazza Navona, Piazza Venizia…) which is perfect for an afternoon shower or nap. Also, there are many restaurants, cafés and shops all around.
Apart from the location, the hotel itself was beautiful; it was modern, clean and the rooms were big (by European and North American standards).Despite being in the heart of town, once in the room all outside noise disappears and the rooms are very quiet and well insulated.
Staff was so helpful and friendly with recommandations and info about how to get around town. They made our stay that much more memorable!
Would recommend this hotel to everyone and would definitely stay here every time!

Room Tip: We did not select the "breakfast included" option and it was perfect becuase this allowed...

Excellent place to be in Rome as it is right in the centre!! For everything you want to see 25 min walk is the maximum you will walk which is good to know as it is pretty hot in the summer. So being local is good to go back and have a quick shower or two to make you feel better. Service is really good as they ensure your stay is a pleasant one. They will even print vouchers out for you as it's best to buy them online than turn up on the day, they don't feel bad that you don't take their tour options. It is a little pricey but very competitive for the rest of Rome, and location is everything as taxi's are expensive and there is no need for metro as everything is walking distance. Most important! You feel very safe around the hotel area. Lots of little cafe's next to it to get some breakfast lunch etc.. Btw breakfast is expensive in Rome so eat breakfast at hotel, it's only sweat breakfast but worth 8.50 euro.. If Scottish don't go to the Scottish bar round the corner. You will be disgusted by price and quality and staff that can't speak English.

Excellent hotel very close to Venice square, Roman Forum and Trevi Fountain. Staff extremely kind and always ready to make your stay a comfortable one. Professional suggestions for good restaurants and for organizing your day without wasting precious time. Special thanks to Stefano for his genuine kindness. We'll surely stay again in this little lovely hotel.

Room Tip: Rooms on the top floor.

We stayed here for 3 nights & couldn't fault it. The front reception staff are helpful & friendly, the rooms are great & very modern, the location perfect! The staff booked us dinner at a lovely reaturant called "life" which was so good we went back the night after. Really enjoyed our time at Mancino 12 & would definitely stay there again.
