I can can only say great! Clean kitchen and bathroom, nice bedroom, continental breakfast. Enough place and enough foods for breakfast. Thank you Gianluca for your service! Very good communication with the owner.
Near to Vatican and near to metro station Cipro. Fast wifi free for visitors.
Very good to people who prefer location in the center of Rome but quite quiet.

Room Tip: Great! Very nice furnished room, clean and tidy.

Friendly owners willing to assist with any questions about getting around the city. The location itself is in a quiet area but the biggest disadvantage of our room was the communal style bathroom located right outside our room. We had a personnel bathroom in our room but our bathroom is actually sharing the same wall as the communal bathroom in the hallway so it’s very easy to hear other guests if they are in there at the same time. The sound insulation in general wasn’t great if other guests are in the common areas. The room itself is very nice, the bed is comfortable, wood flooring, updated fixtures and furnishings. Very surprised to see the room after the building itself is beat up and smokey. The location is very easy when it comes to metro access but the Vatican can be at least a 20 minute walk. When we left we took the valle Aurelia train back to the termini and the express back to the airport so it was very convenient taking around 1 hour. What you lose in walkability to the historic parts of the city I think you gain in the room, new television HD with a ton of channels, large room with free wifi an breakfast included. overall good value for the price but be prepared to take time to commute into the heart of the city and major sites.

We arrived late about 11pm on flight from Australia. Easy to find, the directions for the train and short walk from the station we fantastic. The chap running the B&B really helpful despite the late hour. Room was good, very clean. Friendly people staying there. Location quite close to the Vatican. Would recommend.

Gianluka was a fantastic host! We did a lot of research on Rome before getting here, but his input was definitely appreciated and we would have had a few more difficulties if he hadn't gone over the map/routes with us when we arrived. Our location was pretty good, 15 min walk from the vatican, 10min walk to the main subway line, so it was easy to get around. Beds were reeeeally comfortable! Only slight criticism.. The toilet cistern was quite noisy when flushed.. But it became something we laughed about during the stay! Breakfast was available anytime in the morning, you just helped yourself. Which was great as you could come and go whenever you wanted.

This was very good stay. During the trip we had one more night in other hotel in Rome, so, had a chance to compare Vatican City Inn with one more Rome hotel of the same price category. The conclusion is that Vatican City Inn is a best of best! Good location-5 minutes walk to Vatican museum, 10 min walk to Vatican main entrance, 20 min to Colloseum. Friendly staff, very clean and new room, everything is comfortable. All necessary things are in the room. Free parking is nearby. Metro is 3 min walk. There were 2 a little confusing thing-bit hard to find, as it is locasted in the multi-flat house, ans no slippers in room-the floor was cold. But in comparison with other advantasges this does not matter. Thanks to the owner of the hotel and to the staff, that was a pleasant stay, your hotel is a good example of hospitality and excellent service!

Room Tip: There is no doubt thast the hotel is excellent for its room rate!

I booked this accommodation for the second time. The first time I stayed there with my best friend and we had a wonderful time because there is everything you need and it is located perfectly so that you can reach each part of the city in less than 20 minutes by the metro. Now I came for the second time together with my boyfriend and the hotel even improved! Now there is a kitchen you can use and a really good breakfast! We enjoyed it a lot!!

The location is good. (You should read the explanation in the email that host sends you) It is just in the middle of Cipro metro station and Valle Aurelio station. The host is very generous and kind. The breakfast was good too. The bedrooms were clean and nicely arranged. Also, the price is the best!!!
