“SOMETHING YOU SHOULD FEEL ONCE IN YOUR LIFE!”
Reviewed 10 July 2014

We visited many palaces in Europe, Versailles in Paris, Reina Sofia in Madrid, Belvedere in Vienna, and many others, but have the possibility of live in a real palace, with all the glamour of the Residenza Ruspoli Bonaparte, is a must you should experience.
Nothnig is fake, no scenery. Artworks everywhere. big stairs, high ceilings, silversmith's, draws, paintings. You are living inside of the history.
The location is unbeatable, just in the corner of Via Condotti and Via del Corso, in front of the best shops of Rome. 3 blocks away from Piazza di Spagna, 5 minutes walk from Piazza Navona and 10 to la Fontanna de Trevi.
The staff is so kind and ready to help you and make you feel part of the royalty.
They give you a cumplimentary cell phone.
The breakfast is good, some croasants and bread, orange juice, jogurt and coffe, the way we use to get it in Argentina. But if you need anything else I guess they can help you with your need.
I found the price incredibly low for such amazing an big place (almost 100m2 or 1100sqf).
we visited the other 2 suites, and believe me they are a "royal dreem".
There is a "jumbo" led Tv in the living room and the wifi is accesible in all the suite.
There is no 24hs front desk now, but they do not discard to change this in the future.
That could be the only "negative" issue if you usually go to hotels. But if you had ever stayed and enjoyed in an apartment this is the best option for sure.
Tks to the staff and to Ruspoli's royal family!

Our stay at Residenza Ruspoli Bonaparte made our trip to Rome a memory we will never forget. Traveling as a family with 2 adult children, the price of the suite was little more than 2 hotel rooms but enormously grander! We felt like royalty and were treated as such staying in such a magnificent property with numerous rooms at our disposal. Being served breakfast in the room was an added treat! The old world charm took us back in time yet the bathroom was fresh and modern. I loved all the huge doors and original artwork. It was fantastic to experience history in this beautiful palazzo!

Residenza Ruspoli Bonaparte is an excellent choice when visiting Rome. The location is perfect. Lot's of space and quite, but yet so in the middle of "everything". No traffic noise from the street. I loved to have breakfast in the room. Good place to stay with kids. I would definitely stay there again. A different but very pleasant experience. Thank you for a wonderful break.

Room Tip: I believe all rooms are godd. The choice will be dependent on how many in the group.

What a gem! Located in an old Palazzo, in the middle of Rome's best shopping, a short walk to the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain. For a few dollars more that other hotels we looked at, we had a HUGE 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment. Elise was a tremendous help in every way. As this is a B&B, she and her staff met us at the door and assisted us with our baggage. Though there is no front desk, we communicated with Elise via email and received prompt responses and assistance. Breakfast is delivered to your apartment at a pre-determined time each morning. Just Fabulous!

If You want to live like a Roman for a couple of days this is the place to go. Residenza Ruspoli is not a hotel, it is a privately owned, beautiful aparatment, located in a XVI century Palazzo just a few steps from the Spanish steps (less than 50 meters from Via Condotti). The owner is a descendent od one of Italy's oldest noble families - Princess Maria Pia Ruspoli , so You understandably can expect a great level of service. The apartment is quite large and comprises a livingroom, a bedroom with queen-sized canopied bed and a smaller bedroom with a single bed. It also has two bathrooms , both with full size baths. The style is a mix of antiques and contemporary classic furniture. Every morning ( at the time desired ) they serve You breakfast to Your living room - fresh croissants, coffee, tea, fruit preserves. On arrival there is a bottle of prosecco waiting for You , which makes a nice opening to any stay. Highly recommended!
