This is a very nice hotel with a central locating. Fifteen minute walk from the Termini train station and near to most sites in Central Rome. Somewhat difficult to find unless you know what you are looking for, but once you are through the big door and walk up a half a flight of steps, you can take the lift to the 3rd floor and open the entry door to the reception area. The desk personnel were cordial and helpful, and the rooms clean. Most rooms have a refrigerator. The bathroom was very clean and the shower was larger than most small hotels in the area. The breakfast was more than the standard continental breakfast with the addition of a variety of meats and cheeses. The hotel is right on a busy street so you can't avoid the sounds of the city.
This is a good place to stay in central Rome at a reasonable price (130 euros per night for a double).
