Except the location of Termini, it is more than luxury one with very professional staff. Room is quite good and SPA was also nice for couples, maybe not so fantastic for family, but very good for couples. Specially staff' s service was very professional in Rome, cozy feeling lobby with books and paintings.Just mins distance from Termini. Perfect for early flight travel like me with nice spa and hotel service, pls do not go around the hotel, Hotel was best option for fun and food.

Stayed here for 4 nights at the beginning of August 2014, The hotel is easy to find and close to the main train station in Rome. The hotel is located within reasonable walking distance to most sights but there is also a bus stop just down the road that allows you to hop on and hop off at all the main destinations in the city.

Upon checking into the hotel we were shown to the room which was clean and modern with a large bathroom and comfy bed. We booked the superior room and were situated on the top floor. The room was spotless and the A/C worked fine.

Breakfast in the hotel is of decent standard and the staff are always happy to help.

Overall the hotel was brilliant, the staff were fantastic and the location decent.

Would happily stay again and recommend.

This hotel is stunningly simple, it oozes elegance and class from the moment you step into it. The staff were exceptionally friendly and were extremely efficient and helpful, we were taken to our room and shown the facilities within it. Spa, gym and roof top terrace information were given, we didn't have to ask. A member of staff on the front desk recommended two restaurants both were fabulous, he even located them on the map for us and called to make a reservation.
The rooms were beautifully modern with Italian high ceilings, the bed was extremely comfortable after a day of exploring. There was plenty of storage space, a hair dryer and toiletries. Robes and slippers were provided, and there was a turn down service every evening. The shower was amazing, this was the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in however we would have liked an iron!
Breakfast was served in the stunning Senses restaurant which had the most amazing chairs, staff were pleasant and helpful. It was a buffet style that served more pastries, cakes and cold food which were lovely but apart from scrambled eggs and sausage there wasn't much hot food which was a shame.
The spa facilities were clean and pleasant as was the roof top terrace. Wifi couldn't be accessed in our room, but we could use it in the restaurant and on the roof top terrace.
The location of this hotel is excellent, close to the metro station and the main termini, and not too far on foot from the Spanish Steps or the colosseum but as it is in a key location traffic can be heard in rooms at times, this didn't bother us as we live in a busy town so are used to traffic but if you are a light sleeper it might be an ideas to ask for a room at the back of the hotel.

On the whole, a beautiful hotel in a charming city - We will be sure to stay here again! Thank you for making our holiday extra special!

Compared to other 5 star hotels in Rome that are quite 'blingy' this was quite understated and minimal, but so comfortable to
come back to after a long day of sightseeing! Location was great, being just a 2 minute walk from the airport shuttle stop at the central station (termini) and staff were very helpful and accommodating.

We had a 5 night stay in this modern hotel and it was great. Very friendly and helpfull staff, big clean rooms. The bed was from a very good quality, with two pillows and the shower was fantastic.
Very good breakfast, especially the fruit and the cakes.
This hotel had a good location to explore the city, just opposite the subway and bus.
When we ever will come back to Rome we sure book the same hotel.
