The staff were super helpful and friendly - good location close to Vatican and transport links. Breakfast was ample - although perhaps could be improved with a little variation. The room was clean and the safe was helpful.

This hotel is located right outside the Vatican museum, there is the reason that we booked this location. The hotel is quite a distance from all other attractions. The room was small and just ok. The front desk staff are available 24/7 so this is more than many there locations. The downfall is that our room was hot and it took multiple requests to the front desk to turn the air on. We could not open the window because it was so noisy outside. This hotel had a decent breakfast and room supplies, but did not offer an authentic Italian experience. So far not our favorite. Staying in slightly smaller places with more culture have provided better experiences. We just had no idea of what we were looking for, so we were lucky that we were only staying one night. I would advise others to read multiple reviews. Not just on trip advisor, as these are people who are traveling, and as we learned some are reviews that are paid for.

Great location across the street from the Vatican. Rooms were good, clean. Breakfast upstairs was decent, very nice gentlemen took care of us. The front desk was very welcoming and gave us great recommendations of the restaurant around the corner. We went two nights for dinner, there is a wonderful market 10 minutes away which was interesting to spend time in.

Yes there is something not superb , and not worth 5 star. There is some noice from other rooms and the hall. Maybe because there is lot of marbel :-) but you can lived with it , and it is only sometime. It's strange that the rooftop terrasse is closed , and only open in connection with the breakfast. It's a really nice spot - and if you put the bar up there ! Just an idear
The location is just at Vatican museum , but very local in night time . There is some good restaurant. We like to walk and it took approx 30 min to centrum
But the best for the hotel is the people . No names because everyone is just fantastisk. Starting before arrivering with a welcome mail, and everyone at front desk just so nice and fantastic - thanks ! But also have to mentioned the gentleman at breakfast !
Thanks for making our 5 days stay special and we would like to come back - we put 2 coins at trevi Fontaine :-)

The staff was very friendly and spoke great English. Hotel was clean, comfortable, and quiet.
Great location if you are visiting the Vatican. A bit of a walk when visiting other parts of Rome, but we didn't mind the walk.
Nice little bar lounge area to hang out in after a long day of touring.
