We stayed in the 2-bedroom appartment while on vacation in Rome. It has far exceeded our expectations. Both rooms and bathrooms were nicely decorated and spotlessly clean, they each had a small fridge which was refilled with juices and water.
The location is very convenient. The bus stops are just around the corner and you can get to the city centre within few minutes. There are small shops and cafeterias nearby.
Francesco provided us with maps and directions so it was very easy to get ourselves oriented. He even booked our transfers to and from the airport.
Would highly recommend this.

My husband and I, as well as another couple stayed for 3 nights from July 20th to 23rd, 2013 at the Loggetta di San Pietro. From my first email with Francesco to my last, he was extremely quick in his responses and always professional. The B&B is in a small apartment complex and houses two different rooms--Mirtillo (blueberry) and Kiwi. We personally stayed in Kiwi--which has a full bathroom in the hallway across from the room. The air conditioning in our room was broken during our stay and Francesco offered us a small discount due to the inconvenience. The B&B is impeccably clean and the small touches that the owners offer are fantastic. They even had water and juice in a small fridge in our rooms. Very refreshing after a long day. In the main hallway the owners offer maps, information on bus routes and ideas for your stay in Rome. The bus stops are only a short stroll away from the B&B.

Your breakfast is a croissant and cappuccino (or juice) in the small coffee bar across the street. A true italian breakfast. We stocked up on a few different items at the local grocery store which was a few mins walk away. This area is not very touristy and it was nice to stroll the streets in the evening without being in the middle of a crowd.

Overall, you will not go wrong in staying at this wonderful B&B--Francesco and Guilia provide the best customer service and strive to make you enjoy every moment in Rome. I would stay here again without hesitation.

This is the second B&B managed by the team of Francesco and Giulia, a lovely couple who truly care about their guests experience and comfort. With the Rome traffic and simply trying to find the B&B we arrived much later than what we originally told Francesco. He was more than patient in waiting till we finally arrived and gladly assisted us taking our luggage up to the second floor apartment. Nice location in a residential area i.e. quiet but close to grocery stores, restaurants, bars and the bus. An added benefit...free parking on the street just steps away from the building. They had great handouts of how to use public transit to get to the major attractions and were only happy to provide any assistance required in arranging taxis (to the airport), restuarant suggestions (they were very good).

The Chinese/Thai was surprisely good (we needed a change after 20 days) and so was the Surfing themed pizzeriea around the corner. We also visited a third recommended more upscale seafood restaurant that was a 6 minute walk away...great food..great wine.

We rented both rooms as we were a family of four travelling with 2 adult children. Great beds air conditioning indivdually controlled for each room, very clean and Giulia was at the B&B location in the morning to provide any asistance you needed. There is a nice reception area as you first enter and then a door leading to a hallway to both bedrooms.

Very nice hosts, great location, about a 10 Euro cab ride to the Vatican, a 5 minute walk to the bus stop. Very good experience and value.highly recommended.
