Loved this Hotel. Very comfortable, staff was great and the location can't be beat. In the middle of it all. Near the Metro and minutes from the Spanish Steps and Piazza Del Popolo. Also, near great shopping, if that's your thing. Would stay here again if in Rome.

Dear Guest
Our professional welcome is a balanced mix between antique traditions and technology, making your holiday in the romantic and artistic Via Margutta unforgettable. The Hotel Manfredi is well situated because nearby there are the most important touristic place and the most beautiful boutique.
We hope that you can come back as soon as you can.
Best Regards

After hopping across Europe this summer with our 3 adult children and one of their friends, we were exhausted yet exhilarated to finally be in Roma. It was our last stop and we only had 5 days to explore. Our driver gave us a quick tour of the city on own trip from the airport. It was quite warm and the streets were crowded. We turn on to a charming lane and we arrived at the Hotel Manfredi. A peaceful respite in the crush. We were greeted warmly, shown to our three separate rooms and left to settle in. The rooms were beautiful, clean and very comfortable.
The unexpected pleasure was the wonderful breakfast buffet and coffee service. My son and I even snuck back to the Manfredi one day when we were craving a cappuccino.
The location is wonderful, the accommodations are wonderful and the hospitality is warm and welcoming. A tranquil oasis to return to after a full day or 5, of exploring.

We stayed at Hotel Manfredi for three nights in October 2013. The rooms were very beautiful, the beds extremely comfortable. The staff went out of their way to help us find our way around town, arraigned for taxis, found Mass at a nearby church and treated us with the utmost courtesy. We ordered wine in our rooms and it was wonderful and served with snacks and fruit.
It was close to many things we wanted to see and was the perfect place for our first visit to Rome.

Room Tip: Our family used four rooms and each one was great.

Dear guest,
thanks to have been our guest. We are situated in the city center of Rome but in a quiet street, famous around the word to have been the residence of Federico Fellini and Regato Guttuso and it is full of art galleries. In fact nearby there are the most important boutique shop, like Prada, Gucci, Valentino, Armani, Bulgari, and much more . The Hotel Manfredi is well situated because is one block away from the Spanish Step and the most important touristic sites, like Colosseo, Piazza Navona, Vatican Museum and Borghese Gallery are very close. All the staff is well trained to give to you all the information that you need to live Rome in a good way, especially if you need transfer, cars, ticket , tours. The breakfast is completely home made from our pastry chef and she prepare every single day, muffin, cookies, pam cake , cheese cake, yogurt, fruit salad . The hot drinks like cappuccino, hot chocolate, espresso are served at the table upon request and , as you saw, you can ask for how may you need. The rooms are well equipped with all comfort like free wi-fi connection, pay tv multi language, safe box for laptop 17” and slower or bathtube idromassage.
For us is so important that your stay at the Hotel Manfredi is unforgettable.
I hope that you can come back as soon as you can.

Overall the quality of the hotel and staff was very good. however, the room I was in was rather small, barely room to walk around the bed. It would have been too tight for two people. I was also disappointed that there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. To me this is a fairly basic requirement.

We stayed here recently for a week after traveling in from Tuscany. We were told about a problem (medical emergency with one of their guests) with one of two rooms we had booked, the staff, Emanuele, explained the problem, booked us in a nearby hotel for the night. We returned the next day for the remainder of our stay and treated to an upgraded room. The staff could not have been more accommodating. The rooms were well-decorated with beautiful, elegant colors and spacious considering European room sizes. We were treated to breakfast the next day and during our stay, we felt like we were part of their extended family. Location is a block away from fabulous shopping, historical sights are within walking distance and there are plenty of great restaurants to choose from.

Room Tip: Junior suite and/or executive suite is an excellent choice.

Just back from five days in Rome, and I'm so pleased that we chose the Hotel Manfredi. The Via Margutta has a lovely calm atmosphere, and it really felt like we were returning to a little green oasis each evening after much sight-seeing and museum-visiting.

On the practical front, the staff were very welcoming, and provided us with a lot of information. The room itself was ideal for a family with two small children, with a luxurious bathroom - although I confess that we never quite worked out how to use the spa functions on the huge bath, or the steam functions on the shower. Still, the kids loved all the coloured lights. Breakfasts were also great, with delicious fresh pastries and cakes and very attentive staff, always happy to make a second espresso or foamy cappucino. I loved the home-made yoghurt and fresh fruit salad; the kids loved the fantastic cakes and hot chocolate.

The big bed was super-comfortable and the room was meticulously clean, with thick curtains keeping out light and any buzz from the city - I have never slept so well in a hotel, let alone one right in the centre of a capital city. We didn't try the bar but the lovely local restaurants meant that we could spend the day out amongst the ruins, then come back to try a different place for dinner each evening, then make it back to our room before the kids got over-tired.

Before we arrived, I worried that I should have booked somewhere closer to the ruins of ancient Rome, but everything was so close by, and the buses and metro so easy to use, that we would have been happy using the hotel as a base for a much longer visit.

Dear Guest,
The Hotel Manfredi is situated inside the ex Teatro Alibert, built between 1716 and 1718 at the behest of Antonio d'Alibert, son of James d'Alibert that he had already built the theater Tordinona. He did not have a real facade but three entrances, one of which is on Via Margutta. The theater was not very popular to the point that the management was taken over in 1726 in the hands of the Order of Malta, which gave the name of the theater Dame. There were represented circuses, melodramas, comedies and tragedies. The news spread that recited in the theater for the first time women. In 1863 it was destroyed by fire.
The Hotel gets pleasure of all the best comforts and duties, ready to give you a pleasant relaxing. In a few metres you could reach the Famous Via Condotti, full of the internationally recognized best fashion boutiques. You will easily find the Hotel and you will be able to prepare your itineraries in advance within the historic centre of Rome.
Our hotel is located in the main Rome’s historied centre, a few minutes on walk from the Spanish Steps and near by Piazza del Popolo.
Nearby there is the subway “Line A” (the Red One) and the best restaurant of Rome.
The rooms which are very romantic and cozy, will give you the whole atmosphere of sweet roman life. Hotel Manfredi Suite in Rome prepares an excellent buffet every morning, served in the elegant breakfast room.
Our guests can taste fresh food of the highest quality in order to satisfy all needs with the following selection of: Homemade fruit salad, Homemade bakery, Croissant, jelly rolls and fruit pies, Eggs, Bacon and hot dogs, Cold meat (prosciutto, salami, roasted turkey), Cheese, Salt cakes, Homemade yogurts,Fruit juice, Excellent Italian coffee, Various selections of herb brews and tea.
We are really glad that you enjoi your stay.

Slap bang in the middle of the shopping district, minutes walk from the Piazza Spagna, Spanish Steps, and Piazza Poppolo you'll find this delightful hotel in a quiet side street peppered with art galleries and shops. This lovely hotel offered everything we needed for our all too short first visit to Rome - location, comfort and enough quirky features to make us feel we were staying somewhere just a little different to the mainstream. Rooms are compact and extravagantly decorated... we slept really well in very comfy beds (there was some street noise, but we were so exhausted from walking all day we barely noticed). Rooms were meticulously clean.

Staff were charming, polite and nothing seemed too much trouble.

This was our first trip to Rome and we will definitely return and would be more than happy to book into the Hotel Manfredi again.

Room Tip: To avoid nighttime street noise request a room not facing the street.
