We stayed in this hotel for a week. Since a quad room was not available we had to take two rooms which were reasonably priced. The rooms were very small, but the sheets, towels, and bathroom were clean. The air conditioning worked like a dream thank goodness as it was very hot. The breakfast in the mornings was nice and the dining area was bright and the service was pleasant. The desk help should take some pointers from the dining servers as they weren't as helpful or nice. The subway was only a short walk from the hotel which made getting around the city very easy. There were also some great little out of the way restaurants close by which in comparison to the fare in downtown Rome, were much cheaper and our kids loved them. Like I said, the rooms were very small, but overall, if you are on a budget, it's a decent spot to stay in.

Although the staff tries their best to please all guests, the room size is to be desired! This is a tiny hotel, recently renovated, the bathrooms are very clean and the beds are very comfortable. The prices should revised, an extra bed costs 30 euros which becomes very pricey. A room at this hotel should not be more than 100$ euors.

Breakfast was very nice and breakfast area very clean. However the reception area should be renovated as it is not very welcoming.

Not close to city center, you must take a cab or the metro. Not convenient for senoirs.

This hotel was a little ways from the city center but it was a quiet neighborhood and priced accordingly. And just a few blocks from the train station.

Stayed from October 19th to 23rd October. Hotel is a real rundown part of Rome although it is next to the Metro. Never felt safe walking around the Hotel.

Rooms terrible, no hot water or pressure on taps when you complain at front desk the usual chatty man all of a sudden has amnesia and cant speak english. I read reviews on here that breakfast was fantastic ?? it was crap.

The first night we went to a restaurant round the corner 'restaurant frankie' they shoved a 1.50 pp service charge on the bill, the next night hotel reception asked where we were going we said 'restaurant frankie and they gave us discount card because they 'give them a lot of business' at the end of the meal there was no discount and the service charge went up to 2 euro pp service charge... now we know why they give you a discount card.

The whole experience was terrible and to top it off my father in law was the victim of a pickpocket at the local metro station.

Do not go here its like 'Boyz in the hood'

Oh i nearly forgot and when you leave there is 2 euro per person tax per night, great isnt it

This hotel is far from the city center in a grafitti riddled area. The metro is a couple of blocks away but Sunday through Friday it does not go this far after 9pm and the bus was hard to navigate. The staff was not that friendly at the desk when we were there. The room was not that clean and the hotel shower could have been easier to open. The breakfast buffet was excellent, but it does not open until 0730 am which can make it difficult if you have an early flight. It was a place to sleep, but nothing special in a run down part of the city away from the fun and attractions. They do not allow you in your room until 2:00pm which makes it difficult after a long flight.

This hotel is an excellent hotel, the staff are all really friendly and the room was very clean. My partner and I really enjoyed the fantastic breakfast. The hotel is situated very close to the metro which gives excellent links to all of Rome.

We would recommend this hotel every time!

We stayed at the hotel for a weekend in September 2011, we booked a double room, when we arrived we found out that was 2 single beds pushed together, as we were only sleeping there no problem. My wife then found hair in the basins, after the room had been cleaned. we then found a used condom packet on the side of the bed not really acceptable.

staff were very friendly and helpful

Breakfast was good and there was lots of it

We wont ever stay in this hotel again
