We booked the junior suite with the most wonderful terrace for our weeks stay in Rome and we were not disappointed, a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing.
We also ordered the hotel's airport pick up service which was very efficient, as were the staff in the hotel who allowed me to frighten them with my very poor Italian conversation and would politely respond in Italian, however once my limited language skills were exhausted they would effortlessly revert to English.
The Hotel has ten rooms and is in a quiet pedestrianised street just a minute from the hustle and bustle of Piazza Navona and easy walking distance to the main attractions (Vatican 20 minutes, Colosseum 30 minutes).
Breakfast had a good selection which was constantly refeshed as was my cappuchino.
An added bonus is the tea and coffee making facilty in the bedroom.
The Hotel is well located for restaurants and cafe's.
Residenza Canali is in an old building over five floors, there is no lift.More
