This small hotel is centrally located for most of the sights of Rome, and close enough to Termini to walk with your bags and the road the hotel is on has loads of buses. This doesn't mean the hotel is noisy though - it is set back enough not to be interrupted by street noise. The staff are friendly and helpful and the room we had was spotless. This isn't a 5 star hotel though - so don't expect 5 star facilities. The room is large enough but quite basic, ditto the breakfast, (and I think we found perhaps the one place in Italy that doesn't serve good coffee!). Otherwise breakfast adequate. There is a tiny lift which will take one person with their case as this is and old building not overly modernised.

Value for money? Yes, by Roman standards. Would I come back? I did. There are posher hotels, sure, but this is a secure, friendly, clean, well located hotel and you could do a lot worse.

My family and I recently stayed here. The staff is fantastic! From the front desk (Alessandra and stefano) to the wonderful lady who serves an awesome breakfast! We stayed in a quad room which consisted of two rooms a living room and a bathroom. Everything is fantastic, the rooms aren't five stars, but why do you need that if you are there to see the city, eat the wonderful food, not hang in your room. This is not to downplay the niceness of the rooms, they are well beyond adequate. The hotel is family run, and does a fantastic job of helping guests feel at home. They take the time to make sure you have directions to your next destination, etc.... It is centrally located (5 minute walk from the main train station), and a 3 minute walk to the subway. All in all this a great place for couples, families, or just that adventurer running around Rome....

Room Tip: If you have kids...ask for a quad room.

We stayed here as a family in their quad rooms for 4 nights in Mid Dec. The room was clean with hot showers. We were out by 9am and back at 7pm, sightseeing. No major complaints, some road noise. The reception and breakfast servers were friendly. Simple breakfast provided and if you are looking for more, can partake from the surrounding cafés or Macdonalds. Location excellent.

The hotel is located on the 1st floor of an old building where also private apartments, offices and a couple of other hotels are. However, it's very quiet and spacious, the room we got was huge (see pictures) and very clean.
The location is more than excellent: close to the central station, to some metro stations and to the city centre where you can find the major sights. Piazza di Spagna, Fori, Fontana di Trevi, Pantheon and the most other sights are within walking distance.
The staff is extremely kind and helpful. We showed up at 10:00 a.m. just to leave our luggages and come back in the afternoon for the check in, but they gave us the room anyway so early. The reception is open 24 hours, coming late at night is not a problem.
The breakfast is average and could be actually improved, but apart from that, I highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed in an enormous quadruple.. 4 rooms plus. Good breakfast. Not the quietest location but central and an excellent starting point. But most importantly the service we received was outstanding - from recommendations to calm assistance when we had a 'crisis'.

This was my second visit to the Hotel. It is excellently located not far from the Termini Station and surprisingly quiet considering it is just off one of the Via Nazionale. You approach it though a courtyard. The room was comfortable and the breakfast fine. The staff were very helpful and the price is fairly average for Rome. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and buses to take you into the centre.
