“Nice but basic enough for 3 star (Good location)”
Reviewed 19 May 2013

The room was small (especially the shower), the bed was hard which was great, but everything in the room very clean. Breakfast was simple, but ok. Staff were friendly. Location is great, everything is within walking distance.

Cost was 480 Euros for 3 nights for a double room which was about £415 GB pounds - so costly enough for bed & basic breakfast (roll/crossisants, tea/coffee and cereal)

Room Tip: We were in Room 207 which is actually the 5 floor as the hotel is based on the 4th floor

Quite OK average hotel.
Excellent 24/7 service, reception, breakfast, cleaning.
The hotel has their own airport transfer that I really recommend!
Great location in central Rome! Near Piazza di Spagna etc
Rooms were quite small and standard was OK, but not very good
Lots of noise from corridor and other rooms. Very disturbing! :-(
Breakfast was OK continental. Great coffee an tea service

Room Tip: Try to get a silent room!

Considering how expensive Rome is, this accommodation was great for the price. Yes, in other cities your money may stretch further, but I think for Rome, this hotel was very good overall. The rooms were small-ish, but clean, quiet and comfortable. The night receptionist was, Luigi, was fantastic. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable and actually made out stay and prompted my review. The hotel is out of the touristy spots where everything feels unauthentic and a bit tacky. It's on a quiet and smart street and it's easy to walk to the main tourist spots, without being stuck in them. It isn't perfect, but it's a good compromise on a relatively tight budget.

The Staff is great and really helpful, very friendly and kind! I loved staying there! Rooms aren't so big, but they're clean and pretty and the Hotel is really close to everywhere, even just by walking! Breakfast was good and the staff was very nice! I think people is what I loved the most during this trip! I absolutely think I'll choose this Hotel again, next time I'll go to Rome! Hope very soon!

Not easy to find this little hotel located in the top of a standard house. To access you need ring to get several door open and take the lift to the 4th floor. Once here, lobby is descent and people friendly.

Are the rooms designed for Italian people ? No king size bed or big mattress but only little individual bed put together... Each bed is 1.00 m x 1.70 m therefore if you are a little tall, you don't fit in the bed.... No view, no natural light and the most annoying are the paper wall as it seems you share your room with next, you can hear everything as if it's open wall...

Bathroom is like the room: clean but it has a tiny shower 1.00 x 1.00 m2... Not sure you can buy smaller one ;-)

Breakfast is minimal and Internet is special:sometimes yes, sometimes no and speed subject to high fluctuations.
