Restaurant space of this hotel is quite small. Breakfast started from 6:30 am but this hotel request customers have breakfast by tour group such as 6:30, 7:00, 7:30 am. My tour group were requested started from 7:30 but at that time there were no basic America breakfast food such as scrambled egg, bacon, sausage and other hot food only some cold meat and cake. In the morning on May 13, 2004 this Hotel refilled some rice instead of scrambled egg as the attached picture.

The place seems newly renovated as there are still holes on the wall where the electrical sockets are indicating it has yet to be completed.

Amenities are basic. You have soap, shampoo, shower cap and hairdryer. No iron and ironing board or toothbrushes and toothpaste.

There is an empty fridge beneath the TV console as well as a safe, extra pillow and blanket in the closet.

The television set does not come with a remote and for whatever reason, the television cannot be turned on. The power cable of it is unplugged from the wall outlet and they have taped it up making its removal to be difficult. However free wifi is available in all rooms and reception area.

Breakfast spread is limited and basic. No refills too.

I spent 2 nights in this hotel. Well, they claim to be 4 star hotel, but IMHO they are far away from that. I have been promised to be setled in a single room, but on the spot it turned out there is none free, so they had to place me in a "triple" with 2 girls from my group. Well that could be ok unless the room turns out to be double, and I found myself on a stove bench. So this ruined all my first impression. Because of I happened to be there on weekend, no one from administration was available to solve this problem! Anyway they were kind enough not to take tax fee from 3 of us (3 euros per person). I believe for 2 person double room would be quite ok.
The other problem was the internet! No wi-fi in the reception hall or rooms. You can buy it for 7 euros (24 hours) which provides internet only to one device: means you can't use both your iPad and cellphone for instance.
The hotel is placed quite far from the centre, though you can take any bus from the opposite street, head to the last station of metro - half an hour and you are there !!
Good thing! there is a big mall just behind the hotel.
No swimming pool :D

This Hotel is on a Retail Park with a small Shopping Mall, a MacDonalds and one other Pizza Takeaway type of Restaurant on the site, apart from an IKEA Store, of course. On arriving at this hotel we thought it seemed very good Our room was bright and cheerful, seemed clean, the staff were welcoming and helpful. We went out to explore parts of the area where we had lived many years ago and returned to the hotel to shower and change before going to dinner. When we got down to the Reception/Restaurant area we found it heaving with a coach load or more of Japanese Tourists - no offence to the Japanese Tourists, it wasn't their fault that because of them we were told THAT WE COULDN'T EAT THERE FOR AT LEAST 90 MINUTES because they had this big party in and the kitchen couldn't cope! It was 8.00 p.m. We didn't want to wait 90 minutes for dinner. We asked what other restaurants were in the area and all they could suggest was the Macdonalds. We went out to look around and found a couple of security guards who recommended a Restaurant some 200m away - it was actually nearer 600m - but it was a nice restaurant - easy to find, the only one on the edge of what seemed to be a small residential area - and we had a good meal, but it cost us €11 to get back to the Hotel - my husband is slightly disabled and cannot walk far which is why we book hotels with restaurants!
Back at the Hotel the Japanese Tourists were finishing their meal and returning to their rooms, so as we were trying to go to sleep all we could hear were dozens of doors slamming - by now it was around 11.00 pm. It was then that I noticed that the duvet (which until now had been hidden under a counterpane) had no duvet cover on it! So, was I sleeping in what might have been someone else's bedclothes from the night before? I was too tired to do anything about it then but did complain in the morning. We were woken at around 6.30 a.m. with the of Coachload of tourists slamming their doors as they departed - having put the lift out of action in the process.
We wouldn't go there again.

Room Tip: Don't go there

Good quality hotel on the outskirts of Rome. In our opinion, good value for money and the distance from the center of Rome, which is quite large. Hotel close to the subway, but you can not walk to it (you can but it is far and roundabout way), but you can take the bus one stop. Minus is such that in the afternoon formed around a lot of traffic jams, and the time you pass this one stop a lot longer. But generally recommend

Room Tip: better view of the parking lot
