We stayed three nights at this fantastic bed and breakfast. Upon arrival Isabella greeted us and showed us the ropes of the place. She provided us with a map and pointed out some great places including one of the best restaurants (located 2 mins away) that I have EVER eaten in. Breakfast was served at what ever time you requested. The room and bathroom were both clean. I couldn't recommend this place highly enough.

My wife and I stayed here at the end of March.

The B&B is very convenient for Termini Station, and was within easy walking distance of the Coliseum, Forum and Palatine Hill.

We were new to Rome and Isabella proved to be a most charming and knowledgeable hostess. She gave us a map and showed us how to get around the city to the different places we had booked to see.

The room was very clean and tidy as was the whole apartment. Breakfast was typically Italian; sweet pastries, yoghurt, fruit & coffee, served in our room.

We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay here again if we returned to Rome again.

Thank you Isabella for a wonderful stay! We reserved all 3 rooms for our group of 8 people for 3 nights. We were all sooo happy. The rooms were big and spacious and allowed for our group of 4 boys - ages 15 -22 to be in one room while the 2 sets of adults each had their own room. Isabella totally made us feel at home, providing drinks in the fridge that we could help ourselves to, giving us directions and instructions for the best things to see in Rome and how to get there, and by bringing us breakfast at the time of our choosing. The air conditioning (5 euros extra per night per room) was very much appreciated since it was in the 90's and humid when we were there (about a week ago). Isabella even took care of our laundry for us when we were out sightseeing! That was huge for us because it saved us so much time of sitting in a laundromat! Thank you again!! The lift was great after so many stairs we had to climb on our trip, and the b&b was only about 2 blocks away from the Termini Station. Everything was VERY clean and well taken care of. It was wonderful to feel just like we had come home when we arrived in Rome. Next time we're in Rome - we'll be back. Thank you Isabella!

If I could rate it with more than 5 I would, I was travelling with my parents, the place and the facilities are super clean and nice. The owner Isabella is the nicest and most helpful person on earth. Value for money is incredible, specially for Rome stantards.

We booked a room at the B&B in advance, however, upon arrival Isabella informed us that one of her previous tenants got very sick and needed to extend their stay so there was no room for us. Isabella was very apologetic and she had reserved us another room at a hotel near by immediately. Although we did not stay with her, we could tell she was a kind and honest lady just from the way she deal with us in that short time.
