we stayed one night in this place , it was quiet late,11 oclock at night when we arrived, but we could get the room without any reservation, the room was cosy and almost almost clean, but the breakfast was good, different kinds of bread, cheese, ..., it was good as our only option for staying late at Rome.very near to the starion, 5 miute walk to the train station

Lovely staff!! Stayed 3 nights with my sister. We had nice, clean room with aircon. Location excellent, right next to the termini railway station. Perfect place to stay if travelling (interrail, bagpackers).

Nice hotel, very close to Termini station. The rooms and baths are small but very clean. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is OK. Some of the rooms are on the street side and are very noisy, but the rooms on the inner courtyard side are OK.
Even in the lobby there isn't free internet.

Hotel Termini was a nice cheap comfortable place to stay. It had a double bed and separate bathroom and everything was clean. Any requests, and we wanted more pillows, were dealt with efficiently. The rooms were made up each day. Though on the third floor there is a lift which makes it easier with lugging suitcases. It is located near the Termini and is an easy 20 minute walk to the Colesseum. Also as close to station no trouble getting to other parts of Rome. Only complaint is the address you are given is not where you check in. Easytobook need to mention this as we wasted about an hour trying to find out how to get our keys. You get the keys from No. 7 on the same street at another hotel (cant remember the name). This should be noted on your site.

I stayed in hotel at 5 night. The staff is very friendly and honest-I recovered 5 euros, which I accidentally dropped it in the trash.
But it was very noisy. My room was located close to the storage of laundry. In the 4 and 5 o'clock in the morning I woke up from that staff wore something, moved the stuff was taking a shower behind a wall ... The room is old and shabby, no hair dryer. On the third day, the staff forgot to put the bag in the trash, and garbage will no longer be imposed ...

I stayed in Hotel Washington for one night. It was only 50 euros. there was a confortable bed and a good shower. there was also a dresser and a small table and chair. The air conditioning was broken and so was the t.v.but they served a decent breakfast and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It was great value for the money sinc ehotels in Rome can be very pricey.

I went to the hotel with my wife, walk in. They put us in a room that was next to the receptionist in the first floor. for two nights we couldn't sleep because of the voices of the receptionist and his friends. when I complained, the offered me a room in second floor(no lift) that didn't help the sleeping either. The staff (most of whom smoked, even when they thought there was no one to see them they would smoke in the hotel.!!) were nice but comparing to 2-stars that we had been to in Florence and Venice, this hotel was a poor hostel !!!

The price was just like most of other 2-stars.

Room Tip: IF you went there, PLEASE don't accept a room in the first floor.
