We chose this small residenza (6 rooms?) based on the location and elevator since one of our party was limited in walking long distances. There is a taxi stand and many bus stops right outside the door, so I would definitely recommend it for these reasons.
It was hard to find many reviews of the place but we took a leap of faith and I'm glad we did. The rooms were comfortable, the staff super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was a good way to start the day. Excellent cappuccino, and a variety of breads, hard boiled eggs, meat and cheese, and sweets. After 3 days it got a little boring but it was well presented and included in the price so we weren't complaining! We stayed in a Quad room which had a double (matrimonial) bed with two small cot like beds but my 11 and 14 yr old sons found them comfortable.
It isn't as hard to find as I feared...check out google street view if you need to. There is a sign on a door on the sidewalk, buzz in if its locked, and then you have to walk down the courtyard all the way through to the gated door on the left. There is a buzzer there for the Residenza.
The wifi was the best we encountered. No dropping out and string enough for Skype video.
This isn't fancy, I gave it 5 stars for doing its job as what it presents itself as. A comfy, safe, nice place to stay in a convenient location with nice staff. Not a fancy upscale place but not bare bones either...no complaints here at all!

Room Tip: We didn't find the rooms noisy at all, I'm sure any would be fine.

After staying three nights at this hotel, I must say that I did not expected this much comfort and smiling staff in return of a reasonable price at such a central location.

It is a residence located inside an old apartment building accessed via its inner courtyard. So they give you the keys of all the doors during your stay. Silent and calm place and I gues that would also be nice for family travels.
My room was number 5, where the bathroom is located above the bedroom (I haven't seen the other rooms). It was nice with a large bathroom, but be reminded to ask for other room options, if there will be retarded or disabled guest.
Room was clean, comfortable, quite silent despite looking towards the side road. Unfortunately the street was under construction, so there was a noise but at the end it is not a continuous street noise.
Staff were such nice people with smiling faces, always very helpful and talkative.
Breakfast was satisfying with good coffee served.
Location is at a very central point, just acroos big bookstore Feltrinelli in Largo di Argentina. Very easy access to most of the sights in Rome and there is a bus-stop in front of the hotel where you can find a lot of buses to other sights.
As a summary, I definitely recommend this good value hotel for a comfortable stay with warm wellcoming staff.

The location is perfect! The hotel is about 5 minutes walking to Colosseum, if you go one side, if you go another is 5 minutes from Pantheon. I went to everywhere walking, except The Vaticano which is a little far. The rooms are very nice, breakfast is great. The staff is incredible, very thoughtful to your needs. It's really worth your staying.

Stayed here for a long weekend with my sisters and mother to celebrate my Mother's birthday. All except my mother had been to Rome before and all agreed that staying at this hotel made the break away a great experience. Quite a cold and wet day when we arrived and were shown to two warm comfortable rooms with en-suite spacious bathrooms. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was served 7am to 10am and there was plenty to choose from. The hotel is very central and we could walk to all the sights, and in the evening there is a good choice of restaurants in the area. The beds are comfortable and there is no noise at night even though we were overlooking a street. We will all stay at this hotel again.

Room Tip: There are only 6 bedrooms and we stayed in 1 & 2 which are very comfortable.

Just back from spending four nights at this boutique hotel. Cannot fault it for friendliness, customer service and location. Lovely big rooms, big bathrooms and a beautiful breakfast every morning. Location is excellent. Very close to the Pantheon, and a ten minute walk to the Vatican or in the other direction to the Forum and Colleseum. Only fault I would have is, I brought my nine month old with me and with four doors and a very small lift to get to the exterior, access with a buggy was extremely difficult and meant she needed to be taken out of the pram at the road and carried upstairs. This meant I could not go back to the hotel on my own as I couldn't manage the baby and the pram etc.

A small boutique hotel, with spacious, quiet room and in a small courtyard which is away from all the noise. The room was equipped with free Wifi and air conditioning. The room was also
Clean and comfortable and close to points of interest.. Staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed 3 nights and the breakfast was delicious and abundant. Transportation was right outside the doorstep, but be careful of your purses ladies there are many pickpockets out there. I was a victim. All and all I would recommend this hotel when visiting Rome.

We stayed for two nights. The room was clean and well decorated. The bed was comfortable. The room is relatively small. The bathroom was quite spacius and had a bath with water jets, which was a pleasent surprise.
The resident is in a private courtyard that is hidden from the noise of the main road.
The location is very good, 5 minutes walk from the pantheon.
The service was exceptional. The manager was gracious and inviting, answered all our questions with a smile, and was very helpful overall.
The breakfast was nice and simple.
Great value for what we paid for Rome's prices.
To sum up, we had a great stay!
