We were a family of 8 in 3 rooms at the end of a leisure trip. We knew nothing about the area but found it basically in terms of proximity to both the Castel Romano Outlet Center and the airport, both of which are around 10 to 15 mins away. The area is mostly for business as it's pretty much a remote business park so those on business would find this location useful. For people on vacation it's not really a good place to stay in except for transiting for a day or two. The place itself looks tired. I've stayed in several Novotels before but this looked smaller and more downmarket than the rest. The service is pretty basic as is the breakfast. Little bits of the room are worn down and the little amenities that you would expect from the brand are not there. When we found our rooms too warm they told us to open our rooms. I would not classify this as a bad property but there is not much to endear it to it's customers.More
