First thing first... the staff was awesome. We arrived early and they kept our bags while we got lunch and saw some of the sites. Please mention to them why you are in Rome (honeymoon, anniversary, business) so they can offer suggestions on places to go in the area. They will bend over backwards to help you out. Breakfast had a large variety of pastries, meats, and cereals.
Noticed that there were many middle aged Americans staying here. Great for parents, as the staff speaks very good English. The hotel is on the second floor. If you have lots of baggage, you can use the 107 year old elevator.(kinda cool) Ring the bell if the first floor doors are shut. The clean rooms are quite small and some are a couple of meters away from the front desk. (little awkward) But, you are not in Rome to spend time in the hotel. Would stay here again later in life.More
