I've spent one night in this hotel and the service was good. The room was clean, the breakfast wasn't special but still good. Very good location. The only complain: make sure nobody used the minibar before letting another client in..We found a bottle of beer replaced with water and an empty box of nuts! :-) in any case I recommended it.

The room that we got was very nice, a beat small. Make sure that your taking the room with a view to the pool. Breakfast was more than average than other hotels in Europe. There was a front desk girl that was glad to help and always with a smile. Unfortunately that wasn't the same for the guy in the evening who was rude and not cooperative. The area of the hotel is very quiet. The only bad thing for me was that the hotel is far from the city center, but the price we got was fair.

Just wonder how this hotel ranked as 4 stars , I am frequent traveler to several countries and no way to stay again in this hotel withas such poor services , they just decorated the reception area nicely and the rest of hotel specially rooms is completely crappy , out of dated furniture , showers and toilets are disgusting and not maintained since long time ago , the wifi in the room is impossible to access any device I have seen hundreds of complain about this hotel but I should have been listen to it, the reception lady Roberta speaks broken English she never smile and always ignore my complains , the breakfast is very limited and contain powder juice not fresh , cakes and coffee many tables were still having the left over foods from other gusts we had to remove it by ourselves the waiters are untrained , the house keepers most of them are Asian migrants very noisy and they keeps talking to each other very loudly in the corridors every early morning made the sleeping is difficult , the night in this hotel is boring no activities , only one small bar next to the gym full of drunken people and noisy teenagers , the acess passage from hotel to the mean road is so dark by night and I felt scary plus its full of pets poop and dirts my wife shoes got polluted and had to wash it for several times , the old man with pony hair in reception is talkative and he never give any help or solutions for wifi problems at rooms , the hotel is absolutely disappointing and had ruins my vacation to the lovely city of Rome ,,

The room was clean and spacious. The bed was not a double one but two beds, the one just next to the other. There was no wi fi access inside the room, only at the lobby. The room where we had our dinner (we travelled with group) was a mess and it was like a hospital, no waiters to help us....The dinner not tasty at all...The breakfast was poor and one mag had lipstick on it, not acceptable for a 4* hotel. The staff at the reception desk was ok.

We have just returned from 2 nights in Rome. This hotel reminded us of a hostel, it was scruffy in some areas. The glass entrance doors were covered in finger marks and when we arrived at reception the girl didn't look up from her computer screen for at least 5 minutes, when she did she was chomping on chewing gum and wasn't in the least but smart. We were allocated our room, not given any help with bags and found the room so basic, the black ash style furniture was chipped and tatty, the curtains were heavy and like heavy shower curtain material and our bathroom despite being on the 4th floor had a disabled shower room (we are able bodied) with the most vile shower seat and heightened toilet with cracks in the seat so the skin on the back of our legs was nipped when we sat on it. I am 5'6" and when on the toilet my feet didn't touch the ground!! The turquoise tiles were hideous and to top it off there was the most awful 'Psycho' style shower curtain around the shower. The electric socket by the side of the bed pulled completely out of the wall when removing my phone from the socket, very dangerous! The only saving grace was the bed sheets were clean and the bed was comfy and it was quiet. The hotel gym was good and the grounds had several tennis courts and an outside pool (which was still covered) The breakfast staff were miserable and at 10.00 am on the dot the juice and coffee machines are switched off. They do not replace food as trays/baskets empty and start clearing away food before the end of breakfast!! The big guy on reception with the ponytail was pleasant. The hotel is off the beaten track, we were very disappointed and would definitely not stay there again. Definitely not worthy of a 4* grading.

Room Tip: My tip is choose a room in a better hotel!

It is a long walk from the Vatican, and to catch the bus you first need to find a shop that will sell you bus tickets. The WIFI wasn't working, but I could use the Sports Club WIFI if I stayed in the reception area. The food was average. The service was very good and very helpful. Our room was reallocated to someone else the night we arrived - this may have been partly because we did not put the key card in the slot, inside the room, after we arrived. Took a while to find a socket for the kettle, but there were some. There was a lack of places to put things out of reach of children, but otherwise all was good and we were so tired we slept through any noises outside the room.

We stayed for 2 nights. Sadly, although there are two hot spots provided FREE but i wasn't able to connect to any network during these two days. The reception was helpful but he wasn't able to work on the technical, while the phone keep ringing and he has to juggle with the “restarting” work inside the hall, leaving the counter empty. Finally, with no choice and finally have to use up the desktop for the connection, but it was really slow in connection. Again, the keyboard at the public area come without the symbol @, thus, in order to type the symbol "@" to access your mailbox, you will need to cut and paste the icon by typing “email” at google to get the symbol! Other than this, the breakfast should have increase in varieties. Pizza always comes at the very end of the breakfast hour and thus i missed both of it at days i stayed. Wish they able to improve in these area.

Room Tip: Just a room that easy to get your wifi works.
