LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! This hotel is so nice and in the greatest location. Our room was ready early so we were able to check in right away. My husband and I left right away and walked to the Colosseum and Pantheon. It was also an under 5 minute walk to both the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. It was a great size for just the two of us. Both girls we interacted with at the reception desk were super helpful! They recommended the best places to go eat (Spirti e frome- our favorite! we went twice. Amazing food for a GREAT price right by the Trevi Fountain!) One even helped my find a beauty supply store after my flat iron crashed. The breakfast in the morning had just enough options. Couldn't recommend this hotel enough!

Perfect location, staff were brilliant! No bad points at all! Lovely airy rooms! Very spacious! On our last day we left the hotel at 7.30am to walk to the vatican for our tour, the receptionist kindly out our luggage in the office where we returned at 5pm to collect them, no charge! Cant recommend this place enough! Minutes away from the trevi fountain and the soanish steps!

Very friendly reception staff upon checking in. They made rooms for what was requested upon reservation made. Location was ideal with everything easily accessible. We had a very early departure and they arranged the taxi pick-up, which was on time.

Room Tip: All the rooms and check-in area are on the same level. They could improve on the sounds, as I could hear everything outside of the room.

Last 4 nights of our vacation. Superbe B&B. Near everything, we were 3 (2 adults + 1 teenager). Room might be considered small for us North American but big enough for us. Could slip the suitcase under the bed. Elevator, A/C and breakfast. If I had to go back this would be the place to stay.

We found this hotel to be clean, tidy and in a really great location. We pre-booked a taxi via the hotel for our late arrival [11.00pm]. We were met at the door by a receptionist who took us up to our room. 3 of us sharing a room for 4 [with a mural on the ceiling!] One large king size bed and two singles. Room and facilities were fine, as were the two receptionists we dealt with. We were on a room only basis and had our breakfast in the café at the very top of the Rinascente 3 or 4 doors down the street. Would return to the hotel if visiting Rome again.

Room Tip: All rooms are on 1st and 3rd floors
