Great location to terminal; nice and comfortable rooms we've gotten. The only thing is the shared bathroom. Its without heater and the window is always opened. Super cold to change in cold bathrooms after shower

The owners are an amazing couple with a lot of patience and will to help. It's easy to tell they like to travel themselves and really like to make travellers feel at home in their B&B.
We got a very detailed long explanation and tips about touring the city.
They own two B&B, we stayed at the second one which looks like it was recently renovated and generously equipped and included in-room showers, hair dryer, air-condition, ceiling fan and a TV.
The location is great, the food is good and we couldn't wish for a better location, especially for this price. The room was cleaned every day including replacements of the sheets and towels.

Bottom line - highly recommended!

Room Tip: The owner showed us all the free rooms and all of them were great, so I guess you will see and decid...

We booked this accommodation for one night in September as we wanted to be close to the Termini station as we were flying out the next day. We were just looking for somewhere conveniently located (which it was i.e. 5 minute walk and I agree it is very easy to find) but were pleasantly surprised by Maki's service. We pre arranged roughly when we would arrive as the owners don't actually live there, but we had no issues there. We paid 100 euros for a room and bathroom which was large and clean. They had free wifi and Maki gave us a laptop to use in case we didn't have a device and also gave us a mobile to call her in case we needed any help with anything. (Amazing service!) Maki was very helpful and prepared to make suggestions although we had already been in Rome earlier in our trip and fairly comfortable. The breakfast is self service and simple but certainly all you need i.e. coffee, croissants, biscuits, yoghurt etc. Certainly where I would recommend staying if you want to be in the termini area (although if you are staying longer we stayed in the Monti area and I personally felt safer there). The accommodation and Maki though were spot on!

We stayed here 2 nights. As what many other reviewers have mentioned, this accomodation is a good find with a reasonable price. Instructions to the accom was very clear and we manage to find it upon arrival at termini station. We paid 100 euros per night for a bedroom with a attached bathroom. The room was clean and to my pleasant surprise, came with a laptop and free wi-fi. Maki, the owner also gave us some good tips on buying cheap bottled water, and cheap bus ride to the fulmicino airport. She also gave us tips on pickpockets which we more or less knew and also gave us a cell phone to call her in case we need any help. Saw her on first day and last day when i made payment but other than that did not see her anytime else. The bathroom was a little small, and had no toiletries (think shower gel, shampoo, toothbrush etc) but since this is a b&b, guess its fair enough. Bed was comfortable enough for myself, tv attached but did not watch much as most were non-english channels. There were some simple breakfast like bread/cakes/croissant and jam and juices all day so you could take breakfast anytime you wish at no additional charge.

Location wise was very good. The accomodation was located quite near about 5 minutes walk from termini station which made our travelling convenient as we took metro and bus most of the time to visit the various attractions. The b&b is at one corner of the street away from the main road so there werent much noise in the morning/night as well. Near the area, there are a few good Italian restaurants.

Payment in cash only. Realised that only when arrived at accom. This could have been made known earlier as I did not budget for cash so had to use credit cards on other meals.

For this price, its worthwhile to stay. I think hotel rates around the same area probably cost 30-50 euros more per night. would recommend to friends.

Our fist night we were moved to Moshi Moshi due to water problems.... not so sure i buy this story. However Moshi Moshi was close to termini but did not feel safe walking in. Too close to the termini and too many doors to go thru. However the romat moshi moshi was great. Maki was extremely helpful. She gaves us great hints on buses, tips to buy cheaper train rides to other cities. Wow roma in very close to termini but in a quiet street. We had a room w a private bath. The shower was extremely small. No toiletries. Room was big. Breakfast was continental with juice and yougurt available all day. We took bus 40 express o piazza novona, pantheon, and trevi. Get off on argentina stop (4th stop). We used the metro to get to the colosseum and sistine chapel. Note payment is cash. The cell phone he givesu is primarly for her to get ahold of u. If u make outgoing calls se will charge you. Also ac is extra.

Searching for a good accommodation in Rome was somehow difficult - most places had rather mixed reviews. We finally chose the Wow Roma and weren´t disappointed - the place was great.

The location is really good. It´s close to Termini railway station (where you get from Fiumicino airport), but not too close (Termini area is rather rundown) - about 5 min walking. It´s located on a rather quiet street and right next to Diocletian Baths. It´s about 20 - 30 minutes to Colosseum, 20 min to Trevi, more to Vatikan. There´re some nice churches and cathedrals nearby.

The B&B is on the 2nd (French 1st) floor of an apartment building, in a spacious apartment. We booked double room and it was very nice. There´s free wifi and also a laptop to use in the room(!) - never saw laptops being provided in the rooms! The room was quit spacious and very clean. They clean the rooms every day.

The shared bathroom is also really clean and nice.

Food and drinks for breakfast are provided actually all day long - so you can have a snack during the evening as well. In the fridge was cheese, ham, yoghurt, juice as well as bread and cakes. Tea, coffee - available.

One of the owners, Maki, is really helpful and nice.

Overall, very good experience. Would stay there again.
