We stayed at this hotel for one night on the eve of our Med cruise. The location and price were good; I would have given them much higher rating if the beds weren't so uncomfortable. They were so old with springs protruding, it felt like sleeping on bed of little pebbles. My wife and I could not sleep as the springs kept ribbing us all night long. Staff was friendly, and the location was good, but I will not be going back there as we could not sleep. One more thing.. even if you use the elevator, you have to either walk up or down a half level of stairs with bags as for some strange reason the elevator is located between floors.

Thanks for your feedback because it was very hepful for us.

We changed most of the beds just last winter and now we have a new elevator, faster e very nice.

So, we hope next time, if you decide to come back, your stay will be perfect.

Really sorry for the inconvenience you had!

Sincerely,

General Manager

Hotel si situated in a great location, 10 min walk from Termini subway station and 2 min from Castro Pretorio subway station. Also, is very close to all old Rome tourist attractions.
Pros: location, clean hotel
Cons: poor breakfast (yogurt, 2 kind of tea, croissants, cheese and a delicious cappuccinos or coffee); It can get very noisy if you let your window open; also very thin walls (I could hear very well my neighbors moving their bed and going to toilet :) ). Very expensive in June (110 euros/night)

Hotel was quite nice, clean with friendly staff. Location was good because it was near of Termini station and was vary easy to reach from Chiampino airport by bus. There was metro stop near hotel and cheap a pizza place. We had 3 days metro ticket during our stay in Rome (cost 11 euro). The thing I wasn't happy was that our room was noisy because of the traffic noise and we couldn't sleep very well. Also the breakfast wasn't very good, there was only white bread with cheese, yogurt and croissant.

Room Tip: Don't choose the room which is next to street. It's very noisy during the night.

We stayed 5 nights in this hotel on April 2012. It’s managed by a nice family. We had very good time in Rome and this hotel.
Pros:
• Great location. It was walking distance to Termini, subway station and old Rome. There were very good restaurants and coffee shops in neighborhood.
• Room was so clean. Good and clean double bed. They cleaned the room every day.
• Bathroom was so clean and everything was new, also it had bidet that was so good and interesting.
• Very nice and friendly people. The manager, his wife, daughter, his sons and night shifts were so nice.
• Good breakfast, fresh bread and croissants. Ask the lady for their perfect cappuccino.

Cons:
• Wi-Fi wasn’t free, but the price was reasonable (10e for 6 Hours). But it didn’t work properly. I think their internet provider or contractor didn’t do good job. It took 10 minutes to load a simple webpage and we couldn’t login to our mail and Facebook during our stay. Even we couldn’t load Google map to find some addresses.

Suggestions:
• Fix the internet connection
• Add at least one English Channel to TV channels (BBC or CNN)

We stayed at this hotel for four nights, the hotel was clean, staff were friendly, breakfast was great and it was great value for money. There was a metro stop 2 minutes walk from hotel and we travelled to all main tourist attractions on metro for only 4 euro a day (cost of day ticket). The hotel was also only 10-15 minute walk or one stop on metro from main train station (Termini Station) in Rome. We caught Leonardo express train from airport to this station then walked to hotel ...much cheaper than a taxi! Excellent hotel and excellent value for money.
