“Wonderful stay in friendly, clean hotel in great location.”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 12 April 2010

We stayed at the Inn at the Roman Forum for 5 nights in March this year and had a wonderful stay. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, ensuring that our stay in Rome was as enjoyable and easy to manage as possible. The location is brilliant with the Roman Forum and the Colosseum all within a 5 minute walk. We would definitely recommend the hotel to others who are looking for a top quality and friendly boutique hotel in the city.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the Inn at the Roman Forum. It's a unique, beautiful, quiet, friendly place to stay within easy walking distance of the Roman Forum, Coliseum, and Capitoline hill (Campidoglio). It was fun walking to the Capitoline hill at night to see the Roman Forum lit up. The breakfast was delicious, with a great cappucino served by a very friendly man in a very pretty room.. The nightly snacks were really nice, too. The room was large and the jacuzzi/shower really wonderful, a real treat. Since the entrance to the hotel is up a short, somewhat steep cobbled street, it may not be appropriate for someone with really bad knees. However, the almost complete absence of cars makes for a really quiet stay in a city that can be pretty noisy. Of the three places that we have stayed in Rome, this was by far the nicest. We would happily stay here again.

In the centre of Rome. Easy walking distance to all the sites. Frirendly, English speaking staff. Okay breakfast. Only problem was it could be a bit noisy as sound tended to echo around the stairwell. Big flat screen tv. Nice amenities.

We experienced the Inn at the Roman Forum last week during our visit in Rome. It was our first time there and will stay at the Inn again next year for sure! It's a small property with only 12 rooms, all decorated with a personal touch in modern style. Our room was really nice and spacious, with four post bed. We appreciated the front desk staff' suggestions: they organized a private tour for us and we acknowledged a lot about ancient Rome! Colosseum is right there, just walk for 5 minuted and you reach that wonderful masterpiece with the annex archeological area. But what I liked best was the breakfast! Best cappuccinos I ever had!! Thank you the inn at the roman forum!!

We stayed over Valentines weekend and the hotel was amazing. We had the garden room which was beautiful. The staff were wonderful and could not do more to help.
The food and service were excellent.
Great location and the restaurant the hotel recommended was fabulous.

I went in Rome for work and my secretary booked that hotel which ended to be perfect for me as I had seminar by the Piazza Venezia. It was just perfect, I just needed to walk 5 minutes to reach the place and I could even come back during the break from 13.00 to 15.00. The hotel is quiet, Rooms are nice and well cleaned. I was glad to come back after a busy day to rest. The staff was helpful and discreet. The breakfast was great so was the afternoon snack buffet served in the afternoon, with some Italian snacks, you can also enjoy a drink before dinner. Nice hotel, I liked it.

What a nice week end... I booked a room at the Inn at the Roman Forum to celebrate valentine's day and our first anniversay and could not make a better choice! I found the Inn at the Roman Forum on the internet while searching a place to stay in Rome and i made the reservation through their official web site. It is very attractive and there are lots of offers availble. I save a 10% of the total amount by prepaying in advance and I booked their romantic package.. we had breakfast with strawberries and chocolate... we've been pumpered by every staff member! The room was terrific! No noise at all even if you are in the very city centre with the colosseum just behind the corner.... Will come back next year.. maybe with our kids..... !!
