We had a great time in Rome. The hotel staff were wonderful, hospitable, warm and very helpful. The hotel and room was very clean. Breakfast was delicious. The location in a quite street with termini station only a few minutes away. All in all we had a great time in Rome.

Stayed for 4 nights at hotel. Staff very helpful and friendly and gave good advice on places to visit and on how to get there. Room very spacious and mini bar provided soft drinks without any additional cost. Hotel situated down a side street so no noise from traffic. Great location - less than 5 minute walk from main underground station. If you like a walk through the city it only took about 20 minute stroll to the to the main sights such as Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and Pantheon. Breakfast was lovely with a great variety of cerels, fruit and hot and cold selections. In the evening there was a great place to eat around the corner - 'Babbos', reasonably priced serving great Italian food of pasta and pizza dishes.

It was my second time in Rome and the first for my husband. Rome is the city which you want to visit again and again. And every time you open something new and exciting. We would come again and would stay at Diocleziano. I think that our stay there was a plus to this wonderful trip. Thank you for your hospitality.

This hotel is wonderful and the location was perfect.
We spent considerable time on TripAdvisor researching the best hotels to stay at and of course we heard so much about this place and had to give it a try.
Staff were terrific friendly and helpful, especially Valentino - nothing too much trouble for him.
We are not just another guest checking in or out, and they actually remember our faces. Every time we walked in and out of the front door, we were greeted with "welcome back" or "have a great day!"
Perfect hotel, perfect staff thoroughly deserves its rating.
Ps there is also a small Fitness area, 2 treadmills plus weights etc.
We hope to return very soon!

Our Italian trip began w/3 nights here & the staff, breakfast & room were great. We had a knock on the door & there was a waiter with a bottle of Champagne for my wifes birthday. We figured out that they got the date from our passport. Great touch to a fine hotel & staff!

We couldn't have asked for more from this hotel. A 5 min walk from Rome's Termini main train station. I shared a twin room with my mum. Our window overlooked a courtyard tucked away from the main roads so the room was lovely and quiet. Air conditioning was great and still required in November! It was great value for money with a fab buffet breakfast included in the price and a great selection of food. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room wasn't huge but we had everything we needed and tea/coffee making facilities were included. Plus free soft drinks from the mini bar! What more could you want? Was fab to have somewhere comfortable, clean and welcoming to come back to after long days of sightseeing. I plan to stay here again on my next visit to Rome!
