What a great hotel this is no complaints at all, Great staff great food and a very nice bar. Ideal place 10 mins from railway station, almost central for getting around Rome, Open tour bus the red bus 20 Euros best one for tour get on and off use ticket all day we did a day tour then an evening one brilliant great value. Ice cream again getting very expensive so check before you buy. a great couple of restaurants across the road from hotel good food.

Room Tip: This is a brilliant hotel and when I go back to Rome I will book in again fantastic anyway that'...

A good clean value for money hotel, based close to the Termini and within walking distance of the forum and colosseum etc. The continental breakfast was delicious with a good variety of food. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay particularly Shan Shan who was very pleasant. The room wasnt huge but that is what is to be expected in a city, the bathroom was a decent size. Clean towels everyday and rooms cleaned. It is nice to sit on the roof garden and in the bar. The bar prices are on a par with the rest of Rome but are high. A free secure safe in the bedroom which is unusual as most places make you pay. We had a problem with the hairdryer and it was sorted promptly when we reported it. An excellent base and I would stay here again, easy to find from the Termini.
If you are over 65 make sure you take your passport to the main attractions as you can get in free which I thought was very good (they dont look after pensioners like that in England!) dont buy from the stalls or cafes around the main areas as you will pay extortionate prices, check menus before buying if possible as prices in restaurants vary a lot.
A beautiful city that is well worth a visit.

Room Tip: We faced the Opera house which may have been a little quieter than the other side, still on a road b...

A Tourist Hotel and you get what you pay for though OK price for Rome. Rooms very small but seems to be general in Europe and bathroom a bit squeezy. Breakfast was adequate. Reception staff were OK, Mr Mario shone as a star and very helpful. Had a call from friend in London and she was told that I wasn't booked! There for three nights. Room we were assigned had a terrace overlooking Opera House next door, that was good as was the rooftop garden/relax area, nice place to sit with a wine. Near to good eating places and the Railway Station 2 blocks away and handy. Wonder if they have fixed up the guest's PC yet? An OK hotel, but don't expect anything flash. .

Room Tip: Ask for room with the terrace, there are 4.

Great location and really good value for money. Rooms and hotel overall quite small but right in the centre of Rome and literally a 5 or 10 minute walk from EVERYWHERE. We had several days in Rome and this was a great base for being able to walk to every single site and attraction in Rome. Wear good shoes! I am sure there are better places that are more expensive but we will definitely look to stay here again on our next visit to Rome as it was clean and friendly and very good for the price given the location.

We stayed 4days and 3 nights in this hotel. It was clean. And the staf was very kind. The hotel is very close to the Termini Station. We love to walk and we chose to walk mostly. But the hotel is also close to the Barberini metro station if you want to chose this way. Room was very small but we use just to sleep. Breakfast was enough.

Definitely an adequate hotel situated centrally for seeing the sights of Rome. Breakfast is quite satisfactory and the staff are pleasant. There are plenty of restaurants very close by in this part of town.

This hotel was excellent for our long awaited stay in Rome (4th to the 8th October). Very clean and individual - if you are looking for ultra modern and impersonal, the Impero is not for you. Good location - enabling us to walk to all the attractions we wanted to see. Well placed for reasonably priced restaurants, serving good Italian food. Staff were excellent ,nothing was too much trouble. Despite previous comments, we found breakfast to be good standard continental breakfast with the addition of scrumptious custard stuffed croissants! We would certainly go back.

Tip 1. Consider buying the ticket to the Time Elevator Cinema as it gets you cheaper admission to the Colosseum and also includes entrance to the Pallatine Hill and the Forum.

Tip 2. We purchased Airport Transfers before leaving England. On arrival in Rome we saw very large queues for Taxis and buses. Our transfer got us to our Hotel within an hour of collecting our luggage leaving us free to sightsee for the rest of the afternoon.

Overall a superb break!!!
