Face it, hotels in Europe are notoriously small or extremely expensive. We chose to stay at apartments and it was an excellent decision. The rooms are large, the beds are comfortable and you get a glimpse into how Italians live. The neighborhood is cute. You're walking distance to the Vatican and the subway. It's basically a win/win. We had a great stay here and would recommend it. Two bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and a living/kitchen area. Can't beat it!
Great space, easy to be as one big group, or separate into distinct areas. Lots of room, felt secure, everything we needed, even two fridges. We walked down to the local cafe and got beautiful pastries and cappuccino every morning. Walked almost everywhere from the apartment except the catacombs, and we found the bus not trouble.
Only suggestion is that they need to have some maps and brochures in the apartment. Never did find the grocery store.
Kids were happy with the wifi.
They organized pick up and drop off for our group of seven, went seamlessly.

Beautiful apartment with lots of room and lovely friendly owners. We had a great stay. Would be my first choice of accommodation on return holiday.
We enjoyed our four-day stay in this very nice apartment with very large rooms located in the centro storico of Rome at walking distance from S. Pietro and via del Corso.
Very clean apartment with all possible comforts.
The street is surprisingly quiet. I can only recommend this apartment.
