“Excellent location”
Reviewed 17 April 2014

The staff were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and approachable. The WiFi was extremely useful and provided a strong signal and connection. The room was extremely clean, comfortable and well-equipped for our needs. The location was perfect: far enough from the centre that the area wasn't noisy at night but close enough to walk to all of the main attractions. The only negative comment I could make is that breakfast wasn't included in the price. This is a minor issue but possibly could have been considered within the price of the room as alternate arrangements had to be made by ourselves which increased costs in addition to the room price.

This hotel was perfectly situated for both train/bus station and tourist attractions. We booked an executive room which to be honest was a little smaller than we expected. The room itself had everything you could need though, shower as i have read in other reviews was fantastic, just what you need after walking around Rome all day!! We didn't use the free gift as it wasn't fully explained where and when we could use it but we weren't too fussed as there were so many other restaurants we wanted to go to. Wireless internet worked fine. We had a fantastic time in Rome and if we were to return there's a good chance we would stay here again..

We found The Flann O'Brien pub/restaurant on our first night in Rome, BRILLIANT!!! It had the best barman i have ever met and by the time we left he was like one of our best friends. Also as a warning don't go near 'gladiators' they will fleece you for all they can..

I bought this holiday for my husbands 40th birthday and it has to be one of the best holidays we have had :o)

Everything's clean, convenient, well-designed and the staff are friendly. No regrets for staying in this hotel! The highest point for location: easy to get there by both airport bus and train, no more than 5 minutes to metro station. We explored Rome on foot and had no problems with it. There's a nice mart across the street, where you can buy tomatoes and mozarella or pastry and have an amazing breakfast at the self-service coffee station near you room.

This hotel is perfectly Located across The Opera most rooms do have a nice view of the Opera plaza, just few blocks to Termini close enough but away from the busy traffic. Rooms have a nice 42" TV, and small fridge, a beautiful bathroom with an amazing massage shower, and a small coffee and tea station in the center hallway for your convenience.

Just home having spent 4 nights in this great hotel in Rome. Lovely clean stylish room with fab shower! We have to thank the staff especially Emiliano for answering all our questions before we even arrived (Facebook messenger brilliant) and to Marco who was fantastic throughout our stay. The hotel is in a fantastic position, with many of the must see sights just a shortish walk away and couple of minutes from Republica Metro for the others. We would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants somewhere comfortable to rest after sightseeing all day. There is no restaurant at the hotel but they area has lots of good restaurants and cafés close by so it did not bother us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The free pizzas from local lounge bar two doors down from the hotel were very tasty and they have a great range of very reasonably priced pastries for breakfast, their cappuccino is delicious!

Room Tip: 101 a lovely room but you can here people making coffee outside, not a problem unless they make it v...

We spent 3 days in Rome after a cruise and had a delightful romantic stay in this charming hotel.
We walked in the evening to restaurants near by and had wonderful meals. The staff was friendly and helpful. We look forward to returning to Rome one day and would definitely want to stay here.

Our first 3 nights in Rome we splurged and got a fancy hotel near the Pantheon for 3 times the price, but would say this hotel (although not as close to the sights) was a great value. I booked this hotel our last night just so we could be close to the train station.

The hotel staff was courteous and answered my emails promptly when I had issues with my credit card during my reservation (my fault, not the hotels).

There are a lot of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Since it's near the train station, I was a little hesitant to walk around alone when it got dark, but during the day I was fine. Via Nazionale (busy street) is just a few blocks up.

This was my 3rd trip to Rome, but when I come back, if it's only for a night or two, I would consider staying again. The shower was awesome and nice bathroom, but the walls were paper thin and the guy next door snored ALL night- I had ear plugs in and could still hear him!

I ended up staying in Rome one extra night and moved to Hotel Selene, one block away. I would say that hotel is a little bit nicer (and has full time front desk) so that is another hotel option nearby.
