I stayed here 3 nights with a friend. The location was fantastic, it's in walking distance to all major attractions in Rome. Can't say enough nice things about the staff, actually the only staff member we ever saw during our stay was an extremely friendly gentleman who treats this place as if it was his own. He bends over backwards to make sure the guests are happy. He speaks great English and gave us excellent tips on sightseeing. We did receive a key to the front door so entering the building was never a problem. The room was very nice and clean, adequate size, with a beautiful large bathroom. Bed was very comfortable, our room was quiet, we were able to sleep with the windows open. There is AC if you prefer. Free wifi worked great. Breakfast was in a lovely setting, only sweet breakfast items are served (delicious though) which is the usual continental breakfast in Italy. I find it an excellent value as we paid $130 per night for two people. I would definitely come back and recommend this place to anybody.

I was there for 4 nights and paid less than half the price of their website, through booking.com. The staff is very kind but it doesn't surpass the lack of services for one who's travelling for business reasons. The person who's in the reception is not there all the time to attend the client and to open the door, so, more than once I had to wait outside the building pressing the door bell for several minutes. Besides, there was no internet connection and it took 3 days for them to solve the problem - basically all the working days I was there the internet connection was not working. Moreover, I've left a make up in the room and they said the cleaning lady had thrown it away because they assume that everything clients leave in the room are things they don't want to keep. So many "dispiace" are not enough for someone who's looking for professionalism even in a B&B.

This little boutique B&B was a great find! It is very central to everything in Rome, easy walking distance to all types of public transport and all the sites. I have stayed here twice on recent trips to Rome. The rooms are a good size, the beds are comfortable, the breakfast was plentiful with an excellent choice of fruit, yogurt, pastries, cereals, coffee, tea, fruit juice and lots more. The staff is very welcoming and the cleanliness is excellent and there is welcome pack in the bathroom. I will definitely stay here again and recommend you do too.

Room Tip: All the rooms are individually decorated - you can't go wrong.

We spent 2 nights here on a whistle-stop tour of Rome, so location was everything. The hotel is just around the corner from the subway, and only 5 minutes from Termini railway station and the open-top bus tours. Rooms were small but clean and well-appointed, and the air-conditioning was essential for the heat. The reception staff spoke very good english, were really attentive and helpful making a restaurant booking for us plus a recommendation for our second evening meal at a nearby pizzeria.

It is a very good cost-benefit B&B. It is located in a calm street close to Republica subway station. We walked to everywhere in Rome! The room is quite small, but there is no need to stay in the hotel if you are in Rome! Also the staff is very helpful! We had problems with one suitcase at the airport and he assisted us immediately. It is worth it staying there!
