Stayed here on group tour for two nights.to get in the hotel you need to buzz in the main door so not great if you plan a night out.once your in there's a big flight of stairs which you need to lug your bags up there is a lift but you need a key.when you get to your room you need a code then another key to get in to your actual room door. You can hear people coming and going through the whole hotel and we were on the 4th floor! Wasn't told about breakfast room or where the reception even was. Beds are hard but shower was decent.won't stay there again.is fine for a backpacker but a bit pricey for what you get.

The hotels hard to find and when you do you'll be disappointed. Thankfully we only stayed for one night but it felt more like a place for back packers than a young couple, the room we stayed in was big but the bed was hard and for the price we paid was unsatisfactory, breakfast was a laugh we were given one bread roll each and a pre sweetened coffee NOT GREAT!
We've both stayed in Rome a number of times and in this area which is nice (not pretentious) but I feel we'll be returning to previous hotels.
NEVER AGAIN!

So long as you know what to expect you won't be dissapointed. A basic hotel with a friendly front desk. I'm not sure if it is specific to this hotel, but just after arriving at the front desk a man will come and sit down with you, with a map, and will ask you what you are interested in seeing and will recommend other places and restaurants. That was a nice touch. The room was simple and clean enough. The central location of the hotel is fantastic for exploring the city. Not bad at all.

After reading so many bad reviews about this hotel, I was so pleasantly surprised when I arrived. The rooms are clean, a little small but not tiny, the staff were really helpful, the location the main Termini station is excellent. Our shower was teeny-tiny, but as we stayed only 2 nights it wasn't a problem. For the money, this hotel is definitely worth it. And the room was air-conditioned, which was a welcome relief in the Roman heat!

Room Tip: Ask for one with airconditioning, as some of my friends' rooms were not aircon'd.

Stayed here whilst on tour the rooms were adequate and clean and the hotel has great wifi for free that works all the time. The hotel is right near most things and is easy to get around with the metro close. The staff are friendly enough however nothing to write home about. The hotel does pose some issues. No lift so you must carry all your luggage up all the stairs alone no hotel staff on offer to help. Also the element of keys or passes to get in or out of the building. If you are on the ground floor you recieve three keys one for the main door one for the flat door and one for your personal room. This may sound a lot but at least they get to go in and out of the hotel with no worries of someone not letting them in. On the first floor, on the left hand side you do not get the front door key you must buzz and are assured someone will open the door for you- however staff are rarely seen. But you get in as someone helps you. But you do get the code for the flat door and then you have a card pass to get into the hotel room. However the people on the right side on the first floor they don't have much luck. They do not get a key to the front door nor the code for the flat door but they do get the card for their hotel room. This just sums up the weirdness of this hotel. But I suggest the main people to use this hotel are tour groups. I don't suggest singles or families just tour groups.
