The hotel staff is the best I have experienced. They went out of their way. The rooms are clean and a decent size. The photos show a little more upscale room than they really are. Bottom line however, is that the hotel offers a fantastic staff, a great location, a safe area (try the restaurant next door it is amazing), and a clean comfortable room at a very decent price. You can not go wrong staying at the hotel.

Room Tip: Make sure you windows are closed at night. I can get a little noisy in the building. Close the wind...

I stayed here for 6 nights with a friend in June and couldn't have asked for better. The room was clean, comfortable, and secure. It is only a 10 minute walk to St. Peter's and a 5 minute walk to the metro. Best of all, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful when we had questions. Breakfast is delivered to your room every morning when you choose (you are able to choose from a selection of pastries and coffee/juice). The walls are a little thin, so if you are in a room near the reception area you can hear breakfast being prepared in the morning. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone traveling to Rome.

We stayed here for 4 nights in June. The hotel is on the third floor of a block. Within 5 minutes walk of the Vatican and piazza del popolo. It's also about 5 minutes from the lepanto metro station. The hotel is newly opened in January 2013 and the room was very modern, with air con and a great bathroom. Breakfast is served on a tray in your room, at a time of your choosing. Reception staff are very friendly and helpful. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends, if they were looking for a great value sightseeing base, rather than a luxury hotel.

We stayed here for one night and were really impressed. We had a lovely room that was spotlessly clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, breakfast was simple but delicious. Highly recommended.

We stayed here for 5 nights and the room was perfect, I think it was the biggest room and it was completely modern, especially the bathroom which was great!
It's in a very nice area with a great restaurant just next door. The only problem we had was the wifi being temperamental in that room, but it was better than having no wifi.
Lily was extremely helpful, before we went she was answering all of the questions I had through email and gave us directions to the hotel so we found it easily and she was always willing to help, she made our stay even better! Only an 8 minute walk down a straight road to the Vatican as well!
I would definitely recommend this hotel, thank you from Sophie

I was apprehensive about booking a room in a b&b with only 7 rooms in a commercial building but I couldn't be more pleased. The room we had was about 11 x 11 not including the bath area. So definitely on the smaller side but I think they have some bigger rooms. Everything looked new. I am a clean bathroom freak and was so happy with the cleanliness of the whole place. I can't get a room this nice with breakfast in bed included everyday for this price (about $110/night) in the states. The staff even offered to give us box breakfasts to take with us when we had early morning tours. They had hair dryers, irons, whatever. Very accommodating. I will always stay here when I come. The metro is a 5 minute walk, 10 minute walk to Vatican, great shopping one street over. FABULOUS !!!! Restaurant next door is great and no service fee. Beds were very comfortable and big. Once I learned how to use the a/c system (about 3 days in I realized I had it on fan and not on cooling ) it would. All but freeze you out if you wanted it to.

We stayed in the Roma Vaticano for 3 nights and thought it was fantastic. The rooms were clean, practical and comfy. Our experience was made extra special by Lily who was an Angel. She went the extra mile to make us feel special. We would definitely stay at this hotel again. Thank you Lily, from Sophie & Michael
