Amazing hotel. Breakfast on the first day was very confusing, only one waiter for eight tables and the poor man was trying so hard to get coffee orders right but didnt quite make it.There are tea.coffee facilities in the rooms but no milk you have to go down to reception order the milk then they send a waiter up with this, something we didn't understand as there is a fridge in the room.
Wifi was also unavailable, but the biggest disappointment was that my husband had booked champagne for the room as it was part of our honeymoon,a surprise present for me,but it never appeared, when he mentioned this the next day we were told that he should of reminded them at check in,as it was booked and a surprise he didn't think that was necessary,so feel dismayed at that service..still a lovely place to stay though.

On arrival the receptionist was very friendly and helpful, the room was great, clean, bed comfy, breakfast lovely overlooking the fountain. Would book this everytime if I was going again. You are right in the heart of a great street for shopping and great restaurants.

Room Tip: There are stairs, travel light

Super clean. Very friendly staff (especially the attractive lady at the front desk!). Awesome location.

The rooms aren't huge - but that's Europe. They are clean and comfortable. Bathrooms are clean and modern. And the location is awesome.

The rooftop bar on the 3rd is great - with view of the fountain.

Everything is walkable from here.

The street is busy with foot traffic during the day but quiet at night.

Good breakfast.

Highly recommended.

We flew into Rome for the first two days and two nights of our honeymoon, June 30th, 2014. We took a taxi from the airport to Hotel Relais Fontana Di Trevi to check-in and then start exploring the city. The hotel is on a side street, just off the Plaza Fontana Di Trevi and our room overlooked the fountain! Their staff was very friendly and very helpful. The breakfast room has an outdoor terrace with a bar that overlooks the Fontana Di Trevi. It was the perfect spot to get breakfast, enjoy a cappuccino, and get ready to start our day of walking around the city. Breakfast was above par with the other hotels we stayed at during our trip. There is a lot of discussion around noise volume at night for Rome, but we did not have any issues with noise day or night. The windows in the rooms that over look the street are very thick and helped keep noise out at night.

Unfortunately, the fountain is currently under construction and was mostly covered in scaffolding, but the hotel was still a great location for seeing all of the sights and easy to find our way back. It was a really great stay for a great value!

Really nice hotel, close to walking distance for sights. Very friendly people that work there. A nice top patio for breakfast and lounge. The rooms were different sizes and very unique. Many restaurant and shops close by.

Excellent hotel centrally located. Food and sites were all within easy walking distance. Our room was small but two other couples with us had nice size rooms so they do have them. As with the other hotels we have stayed at, it is located on a quaint street that gives you a true feeling of Rome.

Room Tip: Ask for room with a bit more space and you will get one.
