Truly a wonderful hotel. This is a new boutique hotel in a great location. The rooms are very nice and modern as well as very functional. It is very quiet despite being on a busy street. The staff are wonderful and extremely helpful as well as knowledgable. The breakfast is served in your room at your desired time. I suggest a better variety of healthier breakfast choices but what they currently serve us very fresh and of top quality. The hotel owner is very nice and was available on several days to help and suggest things and restaurants to try out. All in all a wonderful real gem in the middle of beautiful Rome. Highly, highly recommended!!!!

Corso 281 is a brand new modern style boutique all suites hotel. The rooms and bathrooms are larger than typical European hotels. The service is first class. This place will only grow in popularity once it get discovered by discriminating travelers. It's walking distance to Trevi Fountain and many other Rome attractions. A clear winner with a great staff.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly, best service on my whole trip around Europe. The location was perfect, a five to ten minute walk from all the main sites. And breakfast was great! I highly recommend this hotel, I can't wait to return to Rome now!

This new hotel is right in the middle of all attractions in Rome. Everything is 10-20 mts walk which helped us save a lot of money on taxis / public transport. Very cozy rooms, sofa beds of right size were setup for our 7 and 10 year old. Room is tastefully decorated, bathroom is large and modern by european standards. There are some teething issues like no milk creamer for coffee or conditioner in bathroom. AC stopped working for a few hours, general noise level was high due to construction next door. There is no onsite restaurant so if you are jet lagged and hungry the staff cannot help even if they wanted.

Staff was awesome, right attitude and very respectful. Would stay here again because I am confident that they will work the small kinks out over a period of time. Compared to other Rome hotels families will find this a better value when accounting for location.

This hotel was truly probably the best place my family and I has ever stayed at. The service was spectacular, and the staff was extremely friendly. We would ask for recommendations of restaurants and they would recommend the best restaurants to us. The rooms were modern, advanced-in-technology, and clean. You couldn't believe how clean the rooms were-especially the bathrooms. They served us breakfast free of charge every morning and gave us the opportunity to make ourselves free coffee with their nespresso coffee machines! I loved very single thing about this hotel and I would definitely recommend this to anyone. I am positive that I will come to rome again and stay at this hotel because it was truly perfect.

***something to add: 3 places that are definitely worth eating at are: ROSSOPOMODORO, AL MORO, and for gelato: GIOLITTI

Room Tip: The standard suite is actually pretty large for 2 to 3 people.
