We stayed here before our Mediterranean Cruise, and it was walking distance to almost all the sites. It is close to Via Condotti and the Spanish Steps, and it is close to the subway. The street they are on has many stores in it like H & M. We stayed in a room above the "main" area where the kitchen is. It was quiet and private. The only thing one must know is that if you have a hard time climbing up and down stairs with luggage/bags, then you might want check first to make sure that the room you are staying in is not on the floor where there are stairs to the elevator. Because the "main" room where you "check in," has a few steps to and from the elevators, and enough inconvenience carrying multiple suitcases. If you have handicapped access issues, you might want to check before you book. Also, there is no on-site staff to address questions, the proprietors meet you at the location at set times. If you have questions that need answers right away, it would be difficult to address. All in all our room was spacious and lovely.

Perfect location a few minutes from the Spanish Steps, and within easy walking distance of The Vatican, Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon and the Piazza Navona - as well as all the charming areas in-between.
Very nice clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff and great breakfast service.
As is common in Europe, the mattresses were a bit hard.

Room Tip: One room does not have a window. It is spacious and nice, but might not be every-ones cup of tea... Rooms facing the back of the building are more quiet.

We visited B&B Corso 22 and Rome during easter, we though that Rome would be full of people and noisy, but what suprise. It wasn´t and our apartment, eventhough it was in a very lively street, it was quiet and big enough for 4 persons. We had space and lovely rooms for us and our sons. Kitchen was well equipped (coffeemachine, that we were missing, but not long, we managed without it), rooms were nicely decoreted. Wi-Fi was playing good, but we recommend a secure connection, this was open for everyone.
If you are looking for A HOTEL in Rome, this isn´t, this place is for people how are used to travell by themselves. We were living in the opposite side of the street of Corso 22. If you needed help, staff was very friendly and helpful. If you have your own computer, take that with you, it´s so much easier to travell and find places to visit, restaurants aso. And the street is full of shops. And people...

During our stay at corso 22 , our hosts were very helpful, giving us great advice everyday of what to see and do, nothing was too much trouble for them. They both had a great sense of humour, we enjoyed their company and conversation. They were young and charming and made us feel right at home. Breakfast was fantastic!!!! They even had breakfast with us one day !!! They welcomed us each day with a warm smile:) The room we stayed in was tastefully decorated and immaculately clean.

We would highly recommend this B&B to anyone visiting Rome!!!

Overall our stay was good, the positive things are the following: excellent location in the central street of Rome with the metro in 2 minutes walk and very safe neighbourhood, very good design, extremelly helpful staff(lisse was really kind and helped us in everything) , very cool atmosphere, nice place for breakfast. The most positive thing was that Lisse(staff) really helped us in everything!!!!!
Negative things: The hotel was clean but on surface.I mean that the blanket was obvious that it was used from many visitors and was not clean for us or the vertilation was dirty but the sheets or the towels or the floor were clean i mean.So overall we did nt have problem but it could be a little bit more cleaner. Also the towels were not changed daily.Another negative thing was that the breakfast even if it was full and you had a variety of things to choose, the foods were fatty and full of conservatives!it was like being bought from Liddle!

Overall it was a nice experience, it was value for money due to the location because the amount paid for a room without windows was a little bit expensive, and i would prospose it for a decent stay!!!!!!

Room Tip: Choose a room with window!Dont chose a room without window because the vertilation is not so good and it is hot and the atmoshere is not like having fresh air.
