We stayed just for one night, we had a flight to catch early on the following day, so did not experience breakfast. The owner was very helpful, but a bit rude. He was available to take us to the airport, for which he charge 30 euros (I guess that by taxi it could cost you more). He requested to pay cash and there was no receipt. On the other hand, I had the feeling he drove better than the average italian...
I didn't like the room decoration at all, but that doesn't matter much. What matter most is confort, and that could be better. The room has a good size, there's plenty of space, but the bed is not confortable at all. Moreover, it is very badly isolated. The wooden window is very old and does not close very well. We could listen to people talking in the street and the room got really cold during the night. Still on confort, there was a very good thing: the baby cot was very good and had a really good mattress. We did not found such a well prepared for babies b&b in our trip to italy.
The bathroom is small and the worst part is the noisy pump. At least it only works when you use the toilet.
It is located a little far from the center, south to the roman empire ruins, but there's bus and metro nearby. The owner is very helpful in providing you guidance to wherever you want to go.
