This is by far the best value and location you will get in Rome. It is so close to the Termini, easily within walking distance of many of the main sights, and in a safe neighborhood. The rooms are air conditioned, there is a computer with internet access for guests to use, and breakfast is provided in your room for you to eat whenever. Bi was a wonderful host. She explained how to get around, and where some good restaurants were. I would absolutely stay here again, and I will recommend it to anyone going to Rome!

Clean air condition private bath elavator refrigerator free internet and one minute walk to Metro and 15 minute walk to termini station and 20 minute walk to great cafe's and the coliseum. Safe neighborhood with many cafe's and stores. The B&B owner Mrs Chen was great. Met us there on time spoke English and recomended where to go. Arranged for a taxi which was on time. Two small single beds were comfortable. Could pay double and not get what we had. Very satisfied.

This was our second time to stay at Le Rose d Bi and we will stay again when we return to Rome. It is very easy to find and very close to the Terminal station and the metro. Bin is very welcoming and helpful. The neighborhood is "real roman", rather knitty gritty and ethnic, but we liked that. It was fun to watch from our window the comings and goings of the neighborhood. The rooms are fairly large, clean, quiet and safe. A great haven after a day of sight seeing. Because of its location, near the Terminal station and metro, all of Rome was easily accessible.

There are lots of great ethnic restaurants in the neighborhood, Indian and Chinese and also some wonderful untouristy Italian places to eat. As others have mentioned, breakfast isn't much, although the fruit is very welcome. We preferred to get breakfast with the Romans, anyway. Right across from the Vittorio Emanuel metro station is a great Cafe bar with pastry's and cappuccino.

One of our favorite things about the location is just down the street is the Esquilino
Market... the largest market in Rome I think. Every morning we went to the market for our picnic lunch. One vendor would make us a sandwich of the most amazing salamis and cheese, then we would find our fresh fruits and veggies, olives, and bread. We also bought great wine by weight! Very inexpensive and good! Our whole lunch would be maybe 10 euro for two, But the most fun was watching the vendors and locals haggle. and interact. Do not miss it!

All in all, for value, location an authentic Roman experience and a great hostess, you can't beat Le Rose di Bi, I think

We stayed 4 nights and loved it. 68 euro in season at central location is hard to find in Rome. The rooms are quite large. A/C, small refrig and elevator real bonus. Other than the ensuite bath, the extra bath just outside of our room is convenience when both my husband and I were in a hurry. On our end of the apartment there are actually 2 extra baths for the two rooms. Bin came over every day to clean. No street noise but you can hear people in the adjacent room. I've read the review before my trip, so was expecting a very skimpy breakfast. We just went out and had something in the small cafes nearby. The neighborhood is not pretty but safe. Definitely recommend for people on a budget.

I had mixed expectations based on the reviews. I found this place in an excellent location. We felt very safe. The owners are very nice and welcoming! It is close to the metro and within walking distance of major attractions. It is very affordable for the area and we had a private bathroom. It is quiet and clean with no frills. There is a market closeby at the termini train station and a fridge to keep things in while staying. The high-speed internet was also very helpful. Overall a great deal and perfect for us!
