The apartment was beautiful. The bathrooms were modern and the location was perfect. When you walked out of the building, you could see the Colosseum which was just a few blocks away. There were a lot of places to eat within a couple of blocks and it was a short walk to both Metro Line A and B. The kitchen was a little small. It definitely worked for our family of 4, mainly because we weren't really cooking meals. There were 3 bedrooms, but one of the bedrooms doubled as the living area (sofa and TV were also there...). It had air conditioning which was a blessing since it was 90+ when we were in Rome. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place to friends.
As you could see personally, all the rooms are exactly as pictured in the photos and described in the property description: the Vintage room can be used as a third bedroom or as a living room or both at the same time, this is because I host groups from 2 to 8, and the kitchen is a typical size for Italian residential building in center of town, groups up to 8 usually find it to fit well.
1 review My family and I stayed in this apartment recently and it was great!! The apartment is very clean and airy and was equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect!! We were able to walk to almost everything and if it was too far, the bus stop and the metro stop were very close by. I cannot say enough about our host, Giuseppina, she was incredibly gracious and incredibly helpful, she is a five star hostess.

Excellent apartment,excellent location and excellent host.
Apartment spacious,clean with well fitted kitchen. Rooms all generous size.
Location short walk from Coliseum and Manzoni metro station.
Host Giuseppina is friendly and caring. She was excellent throughout booking process and stay. Always contactable, responding quickly to any questions. Provided tips and suggestions to make our stay enjoyable.
I would recommend this apartment to anyone.

Our preference is not to use hotels but to use good quality accommodation such as Casa di Bine which gives us flexibility
This property is furnished to a high standard and located close to the colosseum and all the transport needed to see Rome
All the information needed for a stay in Rome is precisely stated in a manual within the apartment and the owner Giuseppina is very helpful
We felt very safe and secure in this apartment

Hello everybody. If you want visit Roma -Casa di Bine is the best place. It's clean beautiful comfortable apartment with Angel-friend -Giuseppina. She help us every moment we need help to get to the sea or eat something good.
I recommend Casa di Bine!!

Two blocks from the Coliseum and the Forum grounds. Good access to the Metro (easy to use) to other sites. Giuseppina was VERY helpful and professional. The apartment is gorgeous: Two separate bedrooms plus additional sleeping arrangements in living room. Functional kitchen with the basics (appreciated). Two baths (tub in one and shower in the other). We would definitely come again.
2 reviews Our stay at Casa di Bine in Monti was just right for us. We were blocks from the Roman Forum and short taxi rides away from everything else. There was plenty of space for 4 adults, each with our own bed. The Monti neighborhood was casual hip. We will use this spot again.
