Owner description: Come cook with us in Rome! It's a fun way to spend a day in Rome. You start out at a market where you will shop for your fresh produce. You will also do a small walking tour in the historic center on the way to our studio. Afterwards, you will learn to make pasta from scratch: fettucine, cavatelli, ravioli. You'll learn how to make an antipasto and 2 different pasta sauces. And let's not forget the dessert: tiramisu! We love teaching kids to cook- our lessons are fun for the whole family!

What a great day. We me Cesare at the Campo di Fiori market for some shopping and samples then walked to his studio for our cooking class. He is delightful, energetic and fun. We enjoyed every moment. We had a 13 yr old with us who doesn't eat much. Cesare went out of his way to work with her and accommodate her diet. We ate a delightful lunch with wine and reluctantly departed. Highly recommend, especially for families.

This was our second time cooking with Cesare and Gianni, and it did not disappoint! We enjoyed it so much the first time, we came back with friends this time. The menu was similar for both nights, and it was a fun and interactive for all. Cesare and Gianni are passionate chefs with a passion for sharing the experience of cooking and enjoying food with others. You can rest assured that when I travel to Rome again, this will be on my list of things to do. In the meantime, I'll continue using my knowledge and recipes to cook at home.

Gianni and his staff were amazing. He made it fun, educational, and the others in the group were great. End product was yummy. This is a definately must do thing in Rome. I did this with my 16 year old son and he loved it too.

This was such a wonderful surprise and turned out to be a highlight of our trip. I have had taken cooking classes before but this was by far one of the best. I think it was the combination of learning how to make pasta in Italy, the terrific instructor and the other guests who made it a successful evening. Our instructor was Cesare, he is not only an excellent teacher but he is also very engaging. Prior to taking this class, I made pasta several times a year and it was always a big production. I learned a great deal in this class, it has reduced the effort and time I put into making pasta and as a result I have made it several times a week since returning home.

We had a fantastic time cooking with Gianni and a great group for our short stay in Rome. It was definitely the highlight of the trip and we would absolutely come back again. Not only were Gianni and his amazing staff great with communication, set up, prep and assistance during the class, but were super flexible in showing our two girls, aged 9 and 6 all the ropes and encouraging them to be part of the team while we all prepared our three course meal together. We all loved it!! If you're in Rome (with our without your family) and love Italian food, then this is a must do! Thank you!!! xxx
