Again PBH was the beautiful, clean and welcoming home away from home. I always appreciate the non-touristic restaurant tips and the opportunity to enjoy a warm drink in the breakfast room late in the evening. The only problem this time was the aircon not working well. Will return.

Overall, the hotel was great! Affordable and close to Termini and Subway Stations, local shops, and great restaurants. The hotel was extremely clean as if it just opened. Our reservation included a nice breakfast offering scrambled eggs, bacon, fresh fruit, cereal, and an assortment of pastries. There was complimentary coffee and tea in the breakfast room all day. The entire staff was friendly, greeting you as you passed reception and always offered their assistance and guidance. They were always there if we needed them. For example, they offered umbrellas to us on days when it rained and the best and affordable travel advice when visiting sites and traveling to the airport.

The rooms are modern, clean and offer great views of the city skyline. It was refreshing having a window that opened too.

The actual hotel is on the 4th floor of a mixed residential/office building. It feels as if you are walking into an apartment building at first but once on the 4th floor, it feels just like a hotel with hotel amenities.

We would definitely return to Princeps when I return to Rome. It made our Honeymoon even more enjoyable!! I would recommend this hotel with no hesitation.

My husband and I just visited Rome and stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Its absolutely lovely! Located conveniently 5 mins walk away from Termini, the main metro station and also within walking distance from trevi fountains and colosseum. It's on the 4th floor of a lovely building, beautifully decorated and clean. Staff were helpful, we left our charger and some toiletries and they were happy to supply them. The minibar was stocked and was free for the first night. Coffee and tea available all day in self service station. Reception also booked our bus tickets on the way back. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Although you do not need to be traveling by train to enjoy this hotel, it is located very close by (5 minute walk) to the Termini station.

The hotel, located on the 4th floor (accessed by elevator), has small, clean rooms with a nice breakfast area.

At night, the front door of the building is locked, so you ring the bell to have the door opened. We were expecting a buzzer to indicate the door was opened, but did not realize that the light meant push it open. Critical thinking disappears, after arriving at your destination late after a very long plane ride. :)

The staff was professional and courteous. The hotel is affordable.

Lovely small hotel, centrally located, and within walking distance from many attractions. Good sized room, exceptionally clean and tidy. Breakfast is very good with a great variety of choice. I must mention the staff who are ALL very friendly, helpful and accommodating at all times. Had an amazing 5 days stay in Rome, it's a wonderful city with so so much to see and do. Plenty of restaurants and bars close by, most recommended by the hotel staff. Would love to stay here again and would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.
