“Halal! Value for money”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 9 February 2014 via mobile

We at kebabs, chips, rice, bread, mixed cold mezze, chicken and potato curry, meat and bean curry. All were quite tasty. Enjoys the kebab the most and the olives. Would have been better freshly cooked but considering we paid on 26 euros for this including 4 drinks I think it was money well spent! Great option if your looking for a alternative meal in Rome!

“The best kebab I have ever had in Rome”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 25 January 2014

It is a great place to have lunch if you are walking around Termini Station or Santa Maria Maggiore church. It is very ethnic and the food is great. Wide variety of choices. No alcohol is allowed though.

The clientele is mixed but mostly people from the middle east and Muslims which, I think, is a assurance that the food is authentic.

I have no interactions with the stuff besides what is required to place my order, but they are nice, although a little bit too hasty in preparing the dish, so that you have to be fast and tell them everything you want and don't want or they will put the standard condiments.

To sum it up; it is a great place to have lunch or dinner and to relax after a day of sightseeing with great value for your money.

“good food at a good price!”

if you need a break from Italian food, this place offers a wide selection of middle eastern foods! we ordered the hummus and kebabs, and they were very good, and offered at a good price too.

“EXCELLENT ON A BUDGET”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 24 May 2013

If you are on a budget and wanted great food Shawarma Station is the place. It has great kebab and if you eat in they will even throw in a few fallafel for you. It is near the Santa Maria Maggiore Church and really close to the Termini in Rome. It was Euro3.50 for a kebab. Can't beat that. Definitely an excellent choice if you are on a budget when in Rome.
