“BUYER BEWARE!!!”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 21 September 2013 via mobile

We had stayed in this hotel a couple of years ago ... when it was called "All Seasons" and not "All Ways".
Looks like the management has changed, and unfortunately everything positive about the hotel has left as well.
The grounds are very well kept and you will not know what you're getting into until you enter your room.
- Wi-Fi did not work.
- Shower doors did not close and thus water spilled all over the floor.
- Fridge in our room did not work.
- Appliances were broken.
- Table surfaces and walls were chipped, scraped and stained.

We complained to the receptionist who resolved the problem by giving us the keys to 2 rooms. What did not work in room 1 worked in room 2 and vice versa.

We had no choice but to agree since we had paid for the non-refundable rate.

We survived living between room 1 and room 2 on our first night. On our second night, room 1 was taken away (new receptionist). We were told by this receptionist to deal with the issues or find another hotel.

We asked the receptionist to contact the manager, but he refused, and added that we could give the hotel a bad review and that it had no effect on him.

So here's our review.

Excellent Hotel on the southside of Rome. Easy drive to Laurentina Metro stop for a quick trip into Rome. Don't judge this property by the outside! The rooms are small but perfectly outfitted for 2 people familiar with each other, because the shower is open to view. Sounds weird, but it works. This hotel is gated & monitored 24/7. Breakfast provided daily. We left a time share in South Italy to spend the rest of our time here & it was a total success. There are 11 accurate pictures on Foursquare, but they leave out the car park. You can park 1 vehicle right outside each unit and it has an automatic door. Very quiet, private & safe. ALL staff were very helpful beyond our expectations. One of them even booked us to see the Vatican. The free Wi-Fi was excellent-not glitchy like some. There is a sister hotel with pool/gym, but we never checked it out. Highly recommend for couples with a car & no kids.

Firstly, you really you need a car. And your best plan is as follows, drive to Laurentina station, there is a car park attached to the station. You will probably have to wait a while to access a space, we waited up to 20 minutes. But as soon as you park you can jump on the train. Parking is about 1 euro 50 a day, so very cheap.

Also, this hotel is a mix of self-catering and a standard hotel. You get a very basic kitchen with a microwave, fridge-freezer. All, hyper modern but walk out your back door and you are in a hotel. You can also park your car outside of your door. Good quality breakfast as well.

And to top it off this hotel is very cheap. All hotels should be like this!

I stayed in this hotel with my husband and we really enjoyed it.
The service was good, could be a little fatster at the check in, but overall a good experience.
The rooms are comfortable and clean, with good space and light.

This is a hotel located in the outskirts of Rome, it's not good for Rome visiting, keep that on mind, unless you're driving your car. Then it's outstanding, because you park your car in front of your room.

Located so far away from the city near the Rome highway ring you can still reach it by bus, line 044 from Eur Fermi metro station. Ask the driver but the bus stop is located next to an oil station with a small supermarket (keep an eye for it).

There is no proper reception, since it's meant for people driving their cars it's a long booth and you talk to them from your car seat or you can get down and go inside the office. Strange thing for me.

The rooms are big (a huge plus, but it's also due to being so far away), flat screen (37LCD i would say) and vhs+dvd player. You have also sky package. The beds are two joined beds but they're confy. AC works smoothly and the lights are very modern with buttons not interruptors. The bathroom is separated, shower outside, in the main room area and toilet in it's room. You have two entries for the room, from your car park (right in front of your door) and from the inside of the complex (which is basically a long corridor with rooms on both sides).

Breakfast is included with your room (even through Hotwire) and it's actually good although the location for it is underground with no views the staff is friendly and there is plenty of cold stuff to choose from. There are no sausages or eggs (sorry brits).

I think it's a good choice for people traveling with their car or that want to experience Rome from the distance. But if you plan to wake up early and sightseeing right away, don't take it.

I like this type of accommodation, like motels in USA. Your car is parked in front of your room and you can go straight to the door. Very modern room like lights, shower, tv,furnitures. The great thing for us was microwave, when we prepared our dinner.Arrival is through the gate, so the whole object is safe! The breakfast area is also good, many various products.

This was a really clean hotel and great base for our sight seeing weekend of Rome, thankfully we had a car, as was a good 15 minutes drive out of the city and very rural. The rooms had individual parking and a quirky Motel layout. There was coffee making facilities but only enough for 2 x cups each. There was no restaurant (though breakfast was provided-which was continental, tasty and plentyful), there was a garage next door where we were told we could by a meal, but it never seemed to be serving, so ate in Rome itself every night....and also went to a supermarket and bought food as there was a microwave in the room.
Staff were great and really enjoyed our stay there.

Room Tip: They all seemed to be on one level and very similar
